Kwik Corner- Heavy Galvanized Stucco Reinforcing Corners

www.klathwire.comK-Lath is a registered trademake of Tree Island Steel Ltd.

Kwik HG Corner products are field proven to provide strong true corners, and reduce cracking in 3 coat, 7/8” thick Portland cement-based exterior stucco. All Kwik Corner products meet or exceed the requirements of ASTM A641 and C1063.

Kwik HG Corner is more than 38% heavier than required by ASTM C1063 for superior strength and rigidity.

Additionally, CL3 Kwik Corner HG has 3X the corrosion protection required by ASTM C1063.

Kwik Corner HG provide excellent rust protection for all corner applications:.

•Class 3 Kwik Corner, #KL61601: 2 ½” flanges provide a straight right angle corner, includes an extra heavy (16ga.) nose wire for additional strength. This product has line wires on each flange and is suitable for application on straight (90 degree) corners.

•Class 3 Kwik Corner Plastic Nose, #KL61427: This product is the same as our CL3 Kwik Corner (KL61606) with the addition of a plastic covered nose wire to increase protection of the zinc coating when screeding off the plaster. Ideal for high humidity and salt air environments.

•Class 3 Double Wire, #KL61611: This product is also similar to our CL3 Kwik Corner (KL61601) with the addition of an extra line wire at the edge of both flanges. This “double wire” is intended for use as a screw flange for attachment to steel studs, or a nailing flange when applied to wood framing.

•Class 3 Bull nose, #KL61610: Another product similar to our CL3 Kwik Corner (KL61601), except the 16 ga. nose wire is replaced with several closely spaced wires to form a round corner or “bull nose”.

•Class 3 Kwik Arch, #KL61608: This product is similar to our CL3 Kwik Corner (KL61601), except the line wires are removed from one of the flanges to allow it to easily conform to a radius.
