bicycling as travel modes, and • Bridges
– Three new pedestrian and bicycle bridges to connect the Isle to Canada Water, North Greenwich Peninsula, and Greenwich.
• Boulevards– To connect the neighbourhoods of
the Isle to one another and points beyond, to reduce automobile dominance, two new boulevards will be created, forming a North-South axis from Greenwich to All Saints DLR, and East-West from Canning Town to Mile End Park.

• Festivals– The Isle should develop two major
festivals to attract international and London wide audiences and encourage participation of the diverse communities of the Isle.
• Connecting Canary Wharf– A series of connections will be
made to provide rights of way East-West & North-South through the Canary Wharf Estate along existing private lanes.
• Millwall Dock Redevelopment– Two significant new public squares
are to be built on either side of the Inner Millwall Dock, to house a number of civic buildings as well as commercial use, including dedicated local business space.
