Al Ain Mall & Resort, Abu Dhabi, U.A.E Cost is $ 252 Million.
The Project is an extension to the existing Al Ain Shopping Mall. It consists of
- 3 Basement levels of Car Parking and Hotel Catering Service Areas,
- 2 levels of Shopping Mall with Retail Outlets - 5 Upper Floors forming Luxury Hotel with 171 Deluxe Guest
Rooms, 27 Suites, Restaurants, Business Centre, Spa Unit, Ballroom with VIP Majlis and Health-club among other facilities.
The Total Built-up area of the Project is 190,000 m2 on a plot area of approximately 33,800 Sq. m. The projects concept was inspired by the UAEs heritage style and the Construction Cost is $ 252 Million.
