device. For this purpose a turn-
ing table was installed and the
pulling device renewed.

The equipment guides the prod-
uct through a cooling line to a fur-
nace and then into the quenching
pools. After quenching annealing
is possible.

Annealing plant for rings (5 t). Consisting of
2 pawl-type skids, lifting table, pusher, charging machine
with stacking device and a quenching pool with 16 elevators.
Charging machine for rings with a max. weight of 20 t
and a maximum of 5300 mm diameter.
Fully automated charging machine for charging three
furnaces, a quenching pool and six storage places.
Manipulator for charging a billet yard. Max. carrying
capacity 9 t (3 billets), travelling speed 3 m/s
