Open data is non-personal, unrestricted data that has a non-proprietary and machine-readable format, and is licensed for legal re-use.

What is meant by “open data”?

Secondly, there needs to be a process: To ensure completeness and consistency of

1. Enabling citizens to know when to get involved

2. As evidence to support the conclusions and recommendations in the draft policy
