1 SUMMARY
The Empress Molybdenum Project is located in the Okanagan Range of the Cascade Mountains. The MTO mineral tenures 511295 & 502243 comprise an area of 209.07 hectares that are located approximately 30 km west-northwest of Summerland, BC.
The Empress molybdenum prospect outcrops on the crest of a broad west-trending ridge separating the headwaters of Empress Creek to the northwest from Shinnish Creek to the south. The Empress prospect covers a 730 X 360 meter area (elongated north-south) and consists of widespread, low-grade molybdenum bearing sulphide mineralization hosted in Middle Jurassic age, porphyritic biotite- hornblende quartz monzonite of the Osprey Lake Batholith. The Empress occurrence is classified as a Mo (Cu-Au) porphyry characterized by disseminated, fracture filling and quartz vein sulphide mineralization. Significant minerals include molybdenite, pyrite and chalcopyrite with accessory and minor quartz, K-feldspar, sericite, chlorite, kaolinite, and magnetite. Pyrite and molybdenite occur as disseminations and veinlets, and in quartz stringers in a north trending zone. Magnetite and increased K-feldspar is associated with fracture filling mineralization.
Exploration by Anaconda American Brass in 1968 identified zones of molybdenite bearing mineralization. In 1981 a total of 15 percussion drill holes (1,122 meters total depth) was carried out and analyzed for Cu & Mo at 3.05 m intervals.
In 2007 & 2008 Goldrea Resources & Molycor Gold performed a program of core drilling which involved a total of 19 drill holes (3,493 m total depth) were collared from 8 drill sites. Core was split & sampled at 3 m intervals. Significant results are listed as follows:

Based on geochemical analysis of 2007-2008 diamond drill split core, and tabulation of resource blocks at 20 meter spacing, a total of 2 separate NI 3-101 compliant resource estimates were carried out by N . Tribe and Associates Ltd, Kelowna, BC summarized as follows:.

The 2008 technical report for Goldrea Res/Molycor Gold recommends core drilling a 2 phase program (4,800 & 9,555 meters respectively), at an estimated cost of $1,564,000.
2 INTRODUCTION
At the request of Goldrea Resources Corp and Nevada Clean Magnesium, geological, geochemical and geophysical fieldwork was carried out on by the writer on MTO tenures 502243 & 511295 (Empress mineral property). A statement of work was filed on MTO website (event 5511772) and a change of expiry date (Aug 31, 2017). This report supports the statement of work. The purpose of this report is to identify extensions of known mineralization and drill targets.
3 DISCLAIMER
This report is based on documents and technical reports prepared by various authors as well as fieldwork done by the writer. An informal review of mineral title and ownership of tenure 502243 & 511295 comprising the Empress property was completed by investigating records of the Mineral Titles Branch. There has been no legal survey of mineral title and ownership review.

4 ACCESSIBILITY, CLIMATE, LOCAL RESOURCES, INFRASTRUCTURE & PHYSIOGRAPHY
The property is in the Okanagan region of British Columbia in the Similkameen and Osoyoos Mining Divisions. NTS 92 H/9E; 49 40TST, 120 10' W, in B.C. From the town of Summerland there is road access west along Trout Creek 22 kilometers to the Shinish Creek Forest Service Road. Shinish Creek is a tributary coming into Trout Creek from the south. The claims are in the upper eastern portion of the headwaters of Shinish Creek about 8 kilometers on the Shinish Creek Forest Service Road and then 3 kilometers east along connecting roads to the showings near 1600m elevation (5250 feet). The property consists of 2 Mineral Tenures, numbers 51129land 502243 in the Similkameen Mining Division.
From the town of Summerland, B.C. there is road access west along Trout Creek 26 kilometers to the junction of the Trout Creek Main and the Headwaters Main roads. Turn left and travel along the Shinnish Road and travel 6 km. to the junction, turn left and proceed 3 km to the property. Elevation at the showings is 1600 meters (5250 feet).
The property is situated on the west side of the Okanagan Valley. The mountain slopes on the property are slight to steep and are covered with glaciated overburden. The higher peaks are rolled worn tops from long receding glaciation and erosion. The terrain is entirely accessible on foot or vehicle. The elevation ranges from 1350 meters to 1700 meters (4,428-5,576 feet).
The Empress property is located on the edge of the Okanagan valley resulting in interior British Columbia weather patterns. Climate in the area is described as semi-arid and annual precipitation is less than 50 centimeters per year. There is medium snowfall accumulations in the winter and the summer months tend to be dry and hot.
The main town in the area is Summerland, population 12,000 and Penticton, population 36,000 both in the Okanagan valley; these communities are located 30 kilometers east and 25 kilometers south of the property, respectively. Commercial air service is available in Kelowna. These communities offer full service, supply, and infrastructure base. The procurement of adequate mining personnel should not present a problem. The Provincial Highway 97 and a major electrical grid service these communities.
Flora on the property consists of medium to dense forest with the exception of the logged off areas. The trees are medium to small in diameter and blow downs are normal. Undergrowth and small shrubbery is abundant within the treed area but minimal in size and density due to the acidic nature of the needle fall, yet healthy out in the logged off areas. The tree cover is mostly lodgepole pine with the occasional balsam, spruce and juniper. Fauna in the area include grouse, deer, moose, black bears, coyote, wolf and cougars.

5 PROPERTY DESCRIPTION AND LOCATION
The Empress property consists of two mineral tenures owned 50% by Goldrea Resources Corp and 50% by Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc. The property has not been legally surveyed. The properties are situated in the Similkameen Mining Division. Total area covered by the mineral claim is 209.07 hectares (516.6 acres). Details of the Empress mineral title is listed as follows:

The author is not aware of any planned or existing land use that would adversely affect development of mineral resources on the Empress property.
6 PROPERTY HISTORY
In 1968, Anaconda American Brass outlined anomalous stream sediment from the upper Empress Creek area. Follow-up work included soil samples, trenches, seismic geophysics, and 1,122 meters (3,681 feet) of percussion drilling were carried out by Anaconda Canada Explorations Ltd in 1981. The present claims were staked in 1995, and optioned to Verdstone Ventures (now Goldrea Resources) and Molycor Gold Corp (now Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc). Currently the claims are in a 50% joint venture between Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc and Goldrea Resources Corp.
Diamond drilling program commenced in November, 2007 and continued through the summer of 2008. The drilling program consisted of 9 drill holes ranging from 156.7-260.6 meters in depth drilled in the 2007 season and 10 drill holes ranging from 141.4 to 213.4 meters, drilled in the 2008 season. The objective of these drill holes is to test a 250 X 250 meter area for molybdenum (and copper-gold) bearing mineralization.
A comparison of ppm Mo geochemical results from 2007 diamond drill holes, and highlights from 1981 percussion drill holes suggest that recovery of molybdenite

mineralization significantly increases with core drilling (diamond drilling) as opposed to percussion drilling (where water has a tendency to rinse away molybdenite).
The drilling was done using BQTW wireline drilling equipment cutting core of 43 mm. diameter. The core was boxed, logged, split, with half sent to Pioneer Laboratories Inc. in Richmond for analysis. The boxes were then stacked in stacks on site at 703915E 5505825N on a platform of bush poles and covered with tarps.
The 2007 & 2008 Goldrea Resources & Molycor Gold core drilling involved a total of 19 drill holes (3,493 m total depth) collared from 8 drill sites. Core was split & sampled at 3 m intervals. Significant results are listed as follows:

7 GEOLOGICAL SETTING
The Empress Mineral Claim is located within the Okanagan batholith, a large intrusive body which in the claim area consists mainly of medium grained to course grained granite, granodiorite and porphyritic quartz monzonite.
The Empress property lies within the intrusive rocks within the Okanagan batholith. Previous petrographic examination of the diamond drill core from the Empress project, March 1996 and August 2005, identified 3 main rock types.
1. Medium grained granitic, with very minor granodiorite. Mafic minerals are virtually absent. Partial silicification with molybdenum blebs occurs adjacent to unit 3.
2. Coarse grained to megacryst quartz monzonite with large pink k-feldspar phenocrysts up to 4cm long. Mafic minerals (biotite, hornblende) are sparse and has very low magnetic content.
3. Fine to very fine grained pale rock described as aplite with varying degrees of silification and molybdenite mineralization.
8 DEPOSIT TYPES
Mineralization within the Empress property is characterized by intense clay (kaolinite-montmorillinite-sericite) alteration and minor silicification in fracture zones hosted felsic intrusive country rock with low F content (<0.1% F). The main zones of mineralization at Empress are 3-66 meter wide zones of low-grade (< 0.1% Mo), shallow east dipping tabular shaped zones containing disseminated and fracture filling molybdenite. There is low F porphyry molybdenum potential (i.e. open pit extraction of molybdenum bearing mineral resource with widths of mineralization exceeding 100 meters). The low F porphyry Mo deposit type is valid. The best economic potential on Empress is considered to be low F porphyry deposit type related molybdenite mineralization. Locally, higher grade shear/vein type mineralization (e.g. 1-2 meter width of > 0.5% Mo) is of secondary economic importance with respect to deposit type.

9 MINERALIZATION
The main mineralized showings consist of disseminated and fracture filling molybdenite and pyrite hosted in sheared and silicified, chlorite and sericite altered, medium to fine grained quartz monzonite, granite & granodiorite. Only occasionally are the mafic minerals (mainly biotite) fresh and not propylitized to show development of chlorite and minor pyrite. The mafic minerals give the groundmass a distinct green colour. Composition of the fine grained intrusive is typically one third K-feldspar, with 8-20% quartz, and minor plagioclase, plus some minor accessory minerals as carbonate, chlorite, sphene, sericite, epidote, pyrite, and molybdenite Mineralization consists of fine grained molybdenite along fracture planes with minor pyrite associated with silicification and shearing. Mineralization also occurs as disseminations. Hydrothermal alteration consisting of silica-clay-chlorite-potassium feldspar mineral assemblages are indicative of molybdenite mineralized porphyry systems. The alteration phases include silicification, open space quartz fillings in breccia, potassium metasomatism, clayed feldspars, sericite clay alteration, propylitic alteration, and molybdenite mineralization. Al l three phases of the intrusive show hydrothermal porphyry type of alteration, but because of their different grain sizes and ratios of phenocrysts and mafic minerals some of the alteration stages show up more in one unit than in the others. For example, the propylitic stage of porphyry alteration shows up least of all in the fine grained leucocratic aplitic Unit 3 because of the paucity of mafic minerals. Whereas the porphyritic Unit 2 with the most mafic minerals, shows the most and easiest seen alteration in the propylitic stage. Unit 1 also shows the effects of potassium alteration where the orthoclase phenocrysts and biotite become refreshed and quite glossy. The alteration sequence is likely an outer propylitic followed by argillic and then quartz sericite plus kaolinitic with a later potassium metasomatism. The pattern and sequence of alteration is complicated by the fact that the different zones show with greater or less intensity in the different rock types. Supergene alteration or weathering in and peripheral to known molybdenite mineralized zones shows as a brick red iron oxide stain on rock surfaces and especially along fracture planes. This red oxidation is routinely used as a primary prospecting tool.
The 2007-2008 drill program resulted in the discovery of fault/shear zone complex molybdenite mineralization with strong clay-chlorite in faults trending 030 and 130 degrees, dipping moderate to shallow to the east.
10 EXPLORATION
A total of 5 rock chip samples were taken from an area 25-125 m west and north of the 2007¬2008 core drilling program (Fig 5 & 10). A description of the rock samples are listed below:

The highest molybdenum content was found in outcrop (sample 164954, 619 ppm Mo) in an old trench. The outcrop is composed of fine grained, aplitic texture granite with minor kaolinite, sericite, chlorite, K-feldspar, quartz and magnetite alteration. The outcrop exhibits a WNW & NE trending and steeply dipping fracture/jointing structures. This outcrop is close to drill hole collar 2007-1, 2, & 3. The other rock samples 164952, & 164953 were taken from the trench areas west of sample 164954, and this area located 25-100 m west of drill hole collar 2007-1, 2, & 3 represents a potential future drill target area (Fig 10).
Rock sample 164955 is located 100 m northeast of sample 164954, and sample 164955 contains elevated Cu, Zn, & Ag values suggesting there is a zone of base metal enrichment adjacent to the Mo zone. There is a 150 X 75 area located about 550 m ENE of the main Mo zone that has a strong Cu in soil anomaly (several samples >1,000 ppm Cu). The elevated Cu zone also contains elevated Zn & Ag and requires follow-up exploration.
A total of 20 soil samples were taken in the area of the main Mo Zone, and results for Mo, Cu, Zn & Ag were plotted (Fig 6, 7, 8, & 9). A description of the soil samples are listed below:

Soil sample 5505950 N , 703800 E (2,080 ppm Mo in soil) is located 15 meters south of the trench where rock sample 164954 (601 ppm Mo in rock) is located. The close proximity to outcrop suggests the source of the 2,080 ppm Mo in soil anomaly is nearby outcrop. Further trenching in this area including the 5505950 N , 703750 E (240 ppm Mo in soil) would assess the geology and mineralization.
A Total of 3.225 line km of field magnetometer surveying was carried out over the Empress property on June 12,2014. The instrument used is a GEM GSM-19T v 7.0 proton magnetometer. The readings were taken at 25 meter intervals using a Garmin 60Cx GPS for survey location. Raw data was corrected for diurnal variation by looping. This was done by returning to a

common point and verifying reading over time intervals of 20-120 minutes, and comparing the correction with diurnal changes recorded by magnetic observatories run by Natural Resources Canada (Appendix D). Returned values from the Empress Main Zone (Fig 12) range from 54,821 to 55,252 nT (Appendix C). Results from ground magnetometer surveying of the Empress Main Zone indicate a broad 300 X 300 m area total field magnetic low (in the order of 100-200 nT strength) is associated with Mo mineralization, and a roughly encircling total field magnetic high rimming the center of the grid (Fig 12). The areas where the broad low meet the high readings represent alteration contact zones as it is probable that clay and silica alteration has removed magnetite that may have been present prior to alteration.
11 DRILLING
The Empress has been the subject of two episodes of core and percussion drilling. In 1981, Noranda Canada Exploration Ltd drilled and 1,122 meters (3,681 feet) in 15 percussion drill holes. In 2007 and 2008, Goldrea Res Corp/Molycor Gold Corp (now Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc) core drilled 19 drill holes (3,493 m total depth). The geochemical analysis results and cross sections of drill holes are recorded in assessment report 10,434 and Sedar filing 'Progress Report & Resource Estimate on the Empress Molybdenum Property' by N . Tribe and Associates Ltd (www.sedar.com) filed on June 1,2010 by Goldrea Res Corp (dated Oct 31, 2008 and revised May 10, 2010).
12 SAMPLING METHOD AND APPROACH
The writer sampled bedrock across the exposed width of mineralized and altered-silicified zones by collecting about 2 kg of 2-5 cm sized rock chips using a rock hammer. Rock chips were placed in a marked poly ore bag and shipped to Pioneer Labs for 30 element ICP analysis. Geochemical analysis methods and procedures used by Pioneer Labs are described in Appendix A (Geochemical analysis certificate 2141358). Soil samples were taken with a grubhoe from a depth of 20-25 cm from a poorly developed ' B ' horizon in the soil profile. Soil samples were placed in marked kraft bags, dried and shipped to Pioneer Labs for 30 element ICP geochemical analysis.
13 SAMPLE PREPARATION, ANALYSIS AND SECURITY
Rock and soil samples taken by the writer on the Empress property were not tampered with. The samples were prepared by Pioneer Labs performing crushing of rock chip samples to 2 mm and obtaining 250 grams by riffle split and pulverised to 0.1 mm. Soil samples are dried at 60 degrees C and sieved to -80 mesh. A 0.5 gram sample is digested in 3 ml of aqua regia, diluted with 10 ml water. Geochemical analysis is done using multi-element Perkins ICP MS (Appendix A, Pioneer Labs Report 2141358).
14 DATA VERIFICATION
Pioneer Labs Inc performs internal quality control by performing routine check analysis and standards analysis in order to verify data. The writer did not include duplicate samples and/or blank samples because of the reconnaissance nature of the program, and the fact that mineral

resource estimates using geo-statistical evaluation are not being done. The results of the geochemical surveys are intended to be a guide for exploration and do not constitute a mineral resource evaluation.
15 ADJACENT PROPERTIES
The Crow-Rea low F porphyry molybdenum (and shear/vein type molybdenum bearing mineralization) is located about 6 km east of the Empress mineral occurrence. In 1974 Noranda completed exploration that consisted geological mapping, magnetometer geophysics, soil geochemistry, trenching both bulldozer and blasted, and drilled two diamond drill holes (total depth 305 meters (1000 feet). In 1995, the Crow-Rea was staked and optioned to Verdstone Gold Corporation and Molycor Gold Corporations. In 2005 the claim was converted to mineral titles online cells. The claim is owned 50% by Goldrea Resources Corp (formerly Verdstone Gold) , and 50% by Nevada Clean Magnesium Inc (formerly Molycor Gold). In 1995 and 1996 Verdstone/Molycor conducted soil sample surveys, IP and magnetometer surveys, trenching, diamond drilling, geological mapping and reclamation fieldwork. Verdstone/Molycor mapping and drill core logging indicates chlorite, illite, kaolinite, pyrite, epidote, and felted biotite form of a secondary alteration assemblage. The general volume of pyrite (in the order of 1-2%) decreases when molybedenite is present, but there is a general increase in pyrite as a halo adjacent to stronger molybdenite mineralization.

The HP is a low F porphyry Mo deposit type mineral occurrence located approximately 8 km northwest of Crow-Rea. The HP occurrence is 2.5 km east of Empress Creek and 5 km north of Shinnish Creek. The HP showings are hosted in Middle Jurassic Osprey Lake granite, quartz monzonite that is hydrothermally altered with a mineral assemblage of kaolinite-sericite-chlorite-montmorillinite. Disseminated fine grain molybdenite and chalcopyrite is sparse, and disseminated pyrite is common.
16 MINERAL PROCESSING AND METALLURGICAL TESTING
No metallurgical testing or mineral processing bench tests have been carried out on Empress property mineralization.
17 MINERAL RESOURCE AND MINERAL RESERVE ESTIMATES
In 2007 & 2008 Goldrea Resources & Molycor Gold core drilling involved a total of 19 drill holes (3,493 m total depth) collared from 8 drill sites. Core was split & sampled at 3 m intervals. Based on geochemical analysis of 2007-2008 diamond drill split core, and tabulation of resource blocks at 20 meter spacing, a total of 2 separate NI 3-101 compliant resource estimates were carried out by N . Tribe and Associates Ltd, Kelowna, BC summarized as follows:.

18 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The Empress prospect covers a 730 X 360 meter area (elongated north-south) and consists of widespread, low-grade molybdenum and copper bearing sulphide mineralization hosted in Middle Jurassic age, medium grained biotite hornblende granodiorite and quartz monzonite of the Osprey Lake Batholith. The Empress occurrence is classified as a Mo (Cu-Au) porphyry characterized by disseminated, fracture filling and quartz vein sulphide mineralization. Significant minerals include molybdenite, pyrite and chalcopyrite with accessory and minor quartz, K-feldspar, sericite, chlorite, kaolinite, and magnetite. Pyrite and molybdenite occur as disseminations and veinlets, and in quartz stringers in a north trending zone that displays NE and NW trending fractures and jointing. There is a significant resource of molybdenite on the Empress property and is worthy of further delineation of the mineralization by a program of diamond drilling, trenching and evaluation of the economics of resource extraction and mineral processing.
It is recommended to trench in the area of the outcrop where rock sample 164954 was taken and where soil sample 5505950 N 703800 E was taken (Fig 5 & 6). It is also recommended to drill approximately 12 vertical oriented drill holes (150 m depth) at 50 meter spacing in a grid pattern that include the following areas:
1- between DDH 07-7, 8, & 9 and DDH 08-10, 11, & 12. 2- west of DDH 07-7, 8, & 9. 3- between DDH 08-18, & 19 and DDH 08-10,11, & 12. 4- between DDH 08-13, & 14 and DDH 08-15, & 16.
(see Fig 10 for drill hole locations)
This program would involve niinimum disturbance because of reasonably good access to sites. The target for this proposed drilling would be to delineate approximately 5-8 million tonnes @ 0.06%Moor0.1%MoS 2

Capsule Geology The Empress molybdenum prospect outcrops on the crest of a broad west-trending ridge separating the headwaters of Empress Creek to the northwest from Shinish Creek to the south. The occurrence is 1 to 2 kilometres north of Shinish Creek and 7.6 to 8.1 kilometres east of Jeilicoe.
The occurrence is hosted in medium-grained, equigranular biotite hornblende granodiorite and quartz monzonite of the Middle Jurassic Osprey Lake batholith.
Pyrite and molybdenite occur as disseminations and veinlets, and in quartz stringers in a north-trending zone, at least 730 and possibly up to 950 metres long and at least 360 metres wide over most of its length. Magnetite is associated with fracture controlled sulphides. This mineralization occurs in quartz-potassium feldspar alteration zones within the area of surface mineralization. The intrusive units have also undergone slight sericite, chlorite and kaolinite alteration. Pyrite and molybdenite were intersected in all of fifteen percussion holes drilled in this area. Traces of chalcopyrite were detected in four of the holes. Analytical results from the fifteen holes averaged 0.00111 per cent molybdenum (Assessment Report 10434, page 12). The best hole analysed 0.0501 per cent molybdenum over 48.8 metres, including 0.0852 per cent molybdenum and 0.0093 per cent copper over 15.25 metres (Assessment Report 10434, hole 81-9, page 12, Appendix 2).
The prospect was discovered and staked by Anaconda American Brass Ltd. in 1968 after elevated molybdenum values were detected in a stream silt survey. The company completed various geological, soil geochemical and geophysical surveys between 1968 and 1970. A number of trenches were excavated and 1122 metres of drilling were completed during this time. Anaconda Canada Exploration Ltd. drilled an additional 15 percussion holes totalling 1019 metres in 1981.
