What is The Henley Executive MBA?
A general management education for experienced and practicing managers with aspirations to senior leadership positions. This part-time programme adapts around other commitments in your life, allowing you to work full-time while accelerating your career opportunities. The duration of the full MBA programme is 22 months + a final project. The programme starts twice a year - in March and September.
The Henley Executive MBA is designed to help you develop as an authentic leader while enhancing your broader understanding of business in all aspects.
Two ways in
The MBA programme comprises three stages. Completion of each stage earns you an educational certificate. You can choose to stop after each stage or continue for the full MBA award. On stage 1 you can choose between two ways in: Certificate in Management or Certificate in Management & Business Leadership (CBL). The difference lies within the amount of workshop days with Leadership Development training. No matter which way you choose, stage 1 always includes; 5 days of Personal Development teaching, 3 individual tests, 2 coaching sessions and 2 leadership assignments. However, the CBL programme includes 6 additional workshop days with intense focus on leadership training and development.

At Henley Business School, we organise teaching around real world dilemmas and business choises. Our Executive MBA is designed to benefi t both you as an individual learner as well as the organisation you work for. Henley’s practical approach to learning emphasizes immediate application. You will learn how to think and act strategically to make an impact in your workplace. All subject assignments test your ability to apply the concepts you learn to a real situation, and you will be assessed on your mastery of bringing theory into practice – in your business context.
At the Henley Executive MBA programme, we believe in col-laboration and discussion. This demands exceptionally high levels of interaction and peer group learning from all pro-gramme members.
To facilitate collaborative learning as well as individual excel-lence, you will be placed in a small learning team supporting your learning outcome throughout the programme. Applying for The Henley Executive MBA
• A minimum of three years of management experience
• A first degree or an equivalent professional qualification
• Access to organisational data for assignment purposes
• Evidence of competence in English if it is not your first language
This programme is specially designed for experienced managers. To join the programme you will need the following:
If you do not meet all the formal criteria for admission, but have a minimum of five years of experience at a senior strategic level, we would be happy to consider your opportunities for dispensation.
All applicants must submit a completed application form, certified copies of degree certificates, a CV and two business references. Candidates for the
