The Rules The Reasons
Pay the rent If the rent is not paid then the houses will not be maintained and everyone in the community suffers.
Look after the property If you don't look after the property then it will become a safety risk and a health hazard for all of those who live in the house.
Respect your neighbours If you don't respect your neighbours how can you expect them to respect you - respect means people remain safe, children get to sleep, rubbish does not build up and properties are not damaged.
