HOW THIS EBOOK CAME INTO EXISTENCE I spent a good deal of money buying profitable adsense websites from contacts and off Flippa for most of 2011. These sites had been around for a while and earned consistently. Then the Panda and Penguin updates started throttling up and in early 2012 they started hitting many of my sites, effectively dropping my revenue through AdSense down to nothing. I spent lots of time and money trying to recover the sites. Many of which I recovered partially, some not at all. I never got the sites back to their full earnings level they had once been at. These sites used to make anywhere from $100 a month to $500 a month each and I had lots of them. This was a huge hit. I realized I had been spending months and thousands of dollars trying new approaches to get back on top in SERP’s, only to potentially be a victim to future updates Google may decide to throw out there. How would I be able to stomach such dramatic swings in the future? I decided it was time to find a new sustainable traffic source that WASN’T through Google search (or any search for the matter.) I did some research, lots of testing and optimizing and finally found an easy, constantly reliable source of sustainable traffic. I’ve built up my empire of adsense sites once again and am growing it constantly by using outsourcers to do the grunt work. I'm going to keep this ebook concise with as little fluff as possible as my goal is not to overhype the method, just easily teach you how to get a site making money that does NOT rely on search traffic or paid traffic. Step by step holding your hand throughout.

TONE AND NOTES I’m writing this ebook to cater to just about any experience level. Ideally a complete beginner could pick this up, read through, follow the screenshots and instructions and start earning money. If you are much more experienced and know how to do some of the more basic things, merely skip over them, the method is still solid no matter your experience level! Throughout this ebook I'll be linking to lots of outside resources to help you do proper research promote and maintain the websites. I'll be using the homepage for the product, AdSenseArsenal.com as a bounceboard as many times these references change, so instead of having to update everyone with a new ebook, I can merely change the resources on my website. You can follow the links out and know they'll always be up to date with the latest resource. If however there is a major update I will obviously post an update in the updates section located at http://adsensearsenal.com/updates/
HOW MUCH CAN I ACTUALLY MAKE Not to sound like a tired internet marketer but this really is up to you. It comes down to how many sites you want to make and how you monetize them. There are 2 basic ways to monetize them that I've used, both require adsense. First I've monetized all of them by putting adsense on and letting them sit and earn money. I've also monetized this method by selling off individual or preferably (and more profitably) batches of sites. Once a site is earning consistently you can easily flip them for 10x revenue, if you have a killer sales page, in the ballpark of 12x-‐16x. Now your business model will depend on how you want to interact and deal with customers or if you want a more passive model. Selling the sites can be significantly more profitable, but requires a bit more work. It's totally up to you. Okay so how much? Following this method, I've been able to average each site out at around $25 a month. Some will do much better, some worse. I say $25 as a conservative estimate to give you an idea for growth. If $25 a month doesn't seem like much for 1 website, consider the fact that you're not relying on Google, Bing, Yahoo or any other search algorithm or future changes to their algorithm. You're relying on a steady flow of direct targeted and social traffic. Even at $25 a month if you sell off a batch of 10 sites on Flippa you can make anywhere from $2,500 -‐ $4000 while still earning $250 a month up until selling them. Not bad for just one batch of 10 sites.

Let’s Dive In!
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
A Website -‐ This is simple and obvious. I don’t like monetizing online properties that I don’t own and for the $7 cost of a domain and the full control you have, it’s well worth it. You'll also need to have Wordpress installed for ease of posting content as well as a traffic counter, I prefer Statcounter, but Google Analytics works as well. An AdSense Account -‐ Also very simple to get, most of you probably already have one. If you are completely green and haven't done a lick of internet marketing you may not have an AdSense account, don't fear, it's a simple application process, you just have to build your site first. SocialADR.com Account -‐ This is crucial for promoting the sites, we'll get into this a bit more later. It’s free so don’t worry. A Social Media Submitter Account -‐ I personally use OnlyWire. There are some great free ones like SocialMarker that take a bit longer, but where you can prove the method, then automate. We'll get into this a bit later. Content For The Websites -‐ This should be obvious but your site will need a bit of content otherwise that traffic won't stay.
That's It!

Getting Started
There are 3 steps to getting the sites setup: research, production and promotion. None of these steps are extremely tough; some of which I'll elaborate on with screenshots. If you're already familiar with that step, jump down a bit and continue on.
RESEARCH
This is the most important part. Doing proper front end research will ensure that later on you'll have a site that actually earns versus one that sits and doesn't earn. I know you'll be anxious to get the method up and earning but spend enough time doing your research, finding a great keyword and domain and it will pay off in the long run. Unlike many other methods we're not just focused on search volume.
Keyword Research
Keyword research is crucial, and we're not just looking for search volume, we're primarily focused on advertisement Cost Per Click (CPC) I look for keywords that have a minimum of $5 CPC, obviously the higher the better but I set $5 as a minimum. For searches, I look for sites that have a minimum of 590 local exact monthly searches. Also another important ingredient is competition. In the filtering parameters I ensure that I'm only looking for advertiser competition marked "High." Having high advertiser competition means finding more competitive niches for advertisers which ensures click values will stay high. Harvest keywords according to these parameters and save them in a text file. If you know how to do this, excellent! Move on to the next section. If you do not know how to do this, then follow the simple steps below: Head over to adwords.google.com and click on "Tools And Analysis" at the top drop down menu then click "Keyword Tool"
10
Click on Keyword Ideas, then Advanced Options And Filters, also click Exact under match type and for filter ideas make Local Monthly Searches above 590 and Competition set to High. You can refer to the screenshot below for a recap off all these.
Once you've got all those parameters set you'll want to start searching for keywords and saving them as you progress. You'll want lots of keywords here. I usually get a few thousand (doesn't take very long) then save them out to a text file. To do this merely search for any variety of things, I usually use TradeKey.com to get search ideas but you can literally start plugging in any words you want. After each search, click "Save All" and repeat the process. The easiest way to get lots of keyword quickly is after you click "Save All" to then click on "View As Text" which will show you your current lineup of saved keywords, I do that then take about 10 or 20 keywords from the bottom and add them to the search box, click search and save the results. Keep going over and over until you fill up your clipboard. After you've got lots of keywords save and copy them to a text file, then remove the brackets. To do so use the Find and Replace tool and replace the [ and ] brackets with nothing, leaving you now with thousands of keywords that match your criteria.
11
Finding A Domain
What we're going to look for now are exact match domains for these keywords. The easiest way to do this is to use GoDaddy's bulk domain tool. It will allow you to search for up to 500 domains at a time. To do so go to GoDaddy.com. Click "All Products" then click "Bulk Domain Name Registration" After doing so paste in a good amount of your domains. Again you can do up to 500, I usually just grab a chunk of keywords. Paste them in the box and click the boxes for .com/.net/.org then click search. There's a screenshot below detailing this if you have any questions.
Now you'll see there are going to be a TON of domains that are not available. There may even be a couple that are available. Save those domains into an excel or spreadsheet file. You can use OpenOffice if you don't have a spreadsheet program (plus it's free!) Go through the remaining keywords until you have a list of domains. Now you'll want to associate those domains with keywords again. I put domains in the first column, keywords in the second column. Now you want to remove certain domains that don’t match our criteria.
12
First remove all domains that are potentially trademarked or copyrighted. Also you'll want to remove all sites that are based on a trend (JustinBieberBedding.com) a date (BestTV2011.com) or a specific time of the year (BluePromDresses.com) We're going for evergreen sites, things like BestCleaningSupplies.com or HowToRemoveRust.com -‐ People have and will always be searching these type of keyword strings and we know they match up to our parameters from before. Now you should be left with a list of keywords with associated domains that match your criteria. Next I'll usually go back into adwords tool as used before and paste all the keywords in, click "Exact" on the left and then select all the keywords. Then go to "Download" and click "My Keyword Ideas" and click Download. Then open that spreadsheet and copy the column that has Cost Per Click (ensure they line up to the correct keyword) and associate them with the keyword and domain. Now you can choose from the right keyword/domain combo with the highest Cost Per Click! Wow, wasn't that easy?
AdSense Sandbox
Next is another very important facet in the research process many will overlook or skip but is critical to actually having a site that earns versus a dud. You now have a list of keywords you know advertisers are bidding top dollar for and a list of domains associated that you can build a micro niche site around. But, what many forget is what kind of ads are going to actually show on that site. To find out it's time to play in the sandbox! Head on over to http://adsensearsenal.com/adsensesandbox/ and type your keyword into the box and click "Preview Ads" Now you're seeing what type of ads will most likely fill up your website. What we're looking for are ads by advertisers who are selling something, be it a product, a service or whatever. These type of ads are what advertisers are paying top dollar for, not ads that link to an informational website. Click through on the ads and check out the websites and see what they have to offer. Is it a shopping website or is it a cooking recipe website? One great example is typing in silver prices. While you may think it would link to lots of informational based websites, you're seeing ads for silver dealers and jewelry... Jackpot! This step is critically important. Remove any dud domains from your list that just don't show “buying” ads!
13
PRODUCTION
Now we need to get these websites live, content up on them and get all the pieces in place so we can start earning WITHOUT relying on Google search results! I'm not going to get into a ton of technical details regarding setting up wordpress, adding hosting to domains or any of that. I'm assuming most of you will know how to do this. If you do not know how to do this, please refer to my references section of this ebook. I'm going to breeze past the setup parts, each of which will have specific information in the references for internet marketing newcomers. I'm going to go through and tell and show you EXACTLY how to setup your sites, themes to add, plugins to install, information regarding content and so on. In the next section I'll teach you how to monetize, but right now we're building so when we do monetize it will be profitable! First you'll want to register your domain or domains through your preferred registrar, I use GoDaddy, but the choice is up to you. Once you've locked down your domains, you'll then want to go on and outsource the content ASAP so while that is being written you can start working on getting all other facets of the site live. I use SEOGenerals.com for almost all my content for a couple reasons. #1 it's very easy for me to organize multiple websites and projects through them (of course I could organize this on my end I just prefer using them for ease). I also like SEOGenerals because they do great writing for the price. I use a coupon code, PerfectWriting for a huge discount, and depending on how much you order at once, final price is about $4 for a 400 word article that DOESN'T need to be fixed grammatically. I've used many writers who will write for this price or cheaper, but the content is almost illegible. Again your choice is up to you where you get your content. While many will have content providers, some of you may even write the content yourself. I recommend not exceeding 2% keyword density so you don't get penalized for over-‐optimizing (even though we won't rely on Google for rankings, many sites WILL rank!) At the start you'll want to outsource 3 articles, each targeting your main money keyword (the domain name.) I've got a demo section of the website setup to help you use as a reference if you have any questions on any of these sections. You can visit it at http://www.AdsenseArsenal.com/demo After you've outsourced your content and are waiting on its return...

Setup Hosting for this website. Install Wordpress for the website. Now that you have wordpress installed, head over to the wordpress backend by adding /wp-‐admin to your domain, login with your login credentials and let’s get the show on the road. Below you’ll find specific details regarding exactly what to install and how to set it up.
Wordpress Theme
I use FlexSqueeze to make my sites. It cost $127 for an unlimited copy and it's completely skin-‐able. You don't need to get this theme although I've seen best results using it. Another similar and free theme is the Mantra theme. Both of which I've linked to below: FlexSqueeze Theme -‐ http://www.flexsqueeze.com/flexsqueeze/ Mantra Theme -‐ http://wordpress.org/extend/themes/mantra
Site Settings And Wordpress Plugins
You'll want to change a couple of settings on the site upon first logging in. First click Settings then change the tagline from "Just Another Wordpress Blog" to something short using your keyword string; not even a full sentence, just a customized tagline for your site. Next you'll want to change the permalink structure. To do this click Settings then click Permalinks then click "Post Name" and then Save Changes at the bottom and you'll be good to go! There are multiple plugins and settings I use, all of which I've detailed exactly how to set up below. Please ensure you install all of these plugins, they're very important for the long run and take little to no time to install and setup. To install plugins, login to Wordpress and click Plugins then click "Add New", then search! All these plugins are free and easy to install and use. I've listed the plugins at the top then details regarding their exact settings below. Platinum SEO -‐ Even though we're not relying upon SEO for traffic, it's good to have proper SEO throughout the website.

WhyDoWork AdSense -‐ A free plugin that allows you to easily add adsense to specific parts of web pages, even when posting new content. A HUGE time saver. Sociable -‐ Again, important to implement social media submission to the website. Platinum SEO Settings: Fill in the Home Title, Home Description and Home Keywords boxes accordingly. Then scroll down and check the Use Categories For META Keywords box. Next scroll to the bottom and click Update Options. WhyDoWork AdSense Settings: You'll first obviously need your adsense code. Login to your adsense account and create a 300x250 TEXT ONLY ad, you should alter the color settings to match with your site accordingly. After doing so, copy your ad and head over to your WhyDoWork AdSense Settings by hovering over Settings then clicking WhyDoWork AdSense. Once inside this menu you'll want to paste your AdSense code inside the box marked Ads Code #1. After pasting your code in, click "Show Ads To Administrator" then scroll down to the settings below. Under the "Front Page" Category select Code #: 1 from the dropdown box and directly to the right select Top Right for alignment of ads. Do the exact same for under "Single Page" After doing this scroll to the bottom and select Update. Now on every page with content your ads will show up on the top right of the post. Sociable Settings: After installing sociable you'll want to click through the "Select Sociable Plugin" on the left and then click the "Classic Sociable" Plugin. You may customize yours accordingly. The only setting to change is under Locations select Home Page. After you've updated all the plugin settings, you'll want to add your other adsense code, the skyscraper. To do so, login to adsense again and create a 160x600 (note this is the 160 NOT the 120 width) skyscrapper code. After you've done so copy your code and inside wordpress click Appearances then click Widgets then drag a text box over to the right, and paste your adsense code inside this text box. After doing so click save and you're good to go! I also recommend adding a traffic counter. Personally I prefer statcounter but you can use Google Analytics or whatever suits you best. Installing a hit counter will allow you to monitor progress for your site and know when you need to make some changes.

Pages
Now that you have your theme installed and plugins setup, it's time to build the site! I always include a couple standard pages on my sites. One being a generic “About” page, which I've copied below that you can use on your own site. I also include a disclaimer, also copied below in the References Section. Generic About Page: Our goal is to give you the best information available. We strive to keep our website information and links current and accurate. We may offer opinions and suggestions which will always be to the best of our abilities and understanding. All information on this site will have been collated from various sources which may include some or all of the following.
• Manufacturers information • Vendors information • In house experts • Other websites • Offline source
Thank you for visiting our website! That's it as far as pages go! Now you have a site with all the plugins properly installed and configured as well as pages added, we just need our content back and you'll be ready to go! Again if you have any questions reference AdSenseArsenal.com/demo for a live demo of what a site looks like.
Adding Content
Once you do receive your content back you'll want to go on and add all 3 post immediately to the website. I personally prefer to add images to each of my posts, as it makes the site look a bit more developed. I use a variety of royalty free stock photo websites such as SXC.hu and a ton more that are a Google search away. To add your post to the website, click Post then Add New. Copy and paste your title and content
17
into the editor box, then add your image, a few paragraphs down so as to not disrupt the ads that will be displaying. As per our plugin settings you'll also want to ensure you do a couple things here on the post. First of which is on each of the pages ensure you use your main money keyword as your Categories and Keywords tags. Also below the main content area, you'll want to copy in your title and keyword for the Platinum SEO Plugin. Once you've done this, publish your content and repeat these steps for the remaining pieces of content. Now you'll want to grab the URL for each of the 3 individual posts, to do so you can click on Posts in Wordpress then click View under each post and it will take you to the inner page. Copy this URL and paste it into an excel file where you keep track of progress. Do this for all 3 inner pages as well as the home page. CONGRATULATIONS! Your website is complete! The next step is the most rewarding as it will be financially gainful! While all of the above may seem like it could take an eternity to setup, it comes really quickly after your first run through. I've included a "Cheat Sheet" at the bottom of this ebook in the references section so you can quickly look up exactly what to add in the future.
PROMOTION
So now you should have at least 1 website with 3 pieces of content, adsense live, plugins installed with settings up to date and be ready to promote everything. How exactly do we drive traffic to a website if not through organic searches? I've monetized my sites through 2 traffic driving methods that, combined with a high click through rate and great front end research, can net a great return. Neither of these methods will get you tens of thousands of pageviews a day, but my aim was a sustainable easy to duplicate system with high click value in just about any niche that takes the guesswork (and hard work) out of AdSense. Remember these sites can be duplicated very easily. The traffic generation methods focus on a smaller stream of high converting traffic, a few small streams can quickly add up to significant monthly revenue. The first step is using Social Media Traffic through 2 distinct methods. The first is using SocialADR (which is free) to drive traffic. First you can read more about Social Adr and signup here:
18
http://adsensearsenal.com/socialadr/ (don’t worry it’s free!) Social Adr basically allows you to submit your pages, then others will consistently spread the post out for you generating backlinks, but more importantly, TRAFFIC! It's extremely simple to use and free (although I recommend signing up for the $40 a month package if you are doing more than 1 website as it allows you to submit your sites even easier by simply plugging in each URL and keywords then letting the submitter do the rest). Once you've signed up for an account, login and click Bookmarks at the top. You can watch the video regarding submitting a bookmark into their system, it's fairly short and very informative. What you want to do is ensure you have the "Submission Boost" option on when you submit a bookmark. Also you'll be submitting each page individually with its associated keywords, so you should be submitting the 3 inner pages as well as the main home page. Once you've submitted it you've completed the first part of stage 1. Remember it can take up to 24 hours for your first link to be picked up, but fear not and keep an eye on your site's traffic. You'll also be getting an email when it gets picked up. Now that you have SocialADR setup you will want to submit your site to a few of the big social media sites. I use 2 tools, both SocialMarker.com and OnlyWire to submit each page (remember this is very important, submit EACH individual inner page) to the social media sites. It’s really easy to submit using these tools however can take a bit of time depending on the number of sites you have. I pay an outsourcer to do this work alongside all of the other work such as the building of the sites, writing content and so on. You can do yours individually first, then move over to an outsourcer later. This covers one facet of the traffic; the social side. The downside to the social traffic is it won't last forever, I've noticed that after about 90 days it will start to decline. (But fear not we'll cover that after!) Part 2 of traffic generation is some very simple blog commenting on some relevant blogs to your niche. First you'll need to find some relevant blogs. This is super simple using a couple tools. First I recommend using DropMyLink (free tool!) which you can find here:
19
http://adsensearsenal.com/blogcommentfinder/ The key to finding some solid blogs to leave a comment on is to keep your searches broad. If we stick with our example of our silver site, instead of typing in silver prices or silver, type in jewelry. Google reads pages by more than just their keywords, they use Latent Semantic Indexing (LSI), basically meaning related keywords and content. Put your broad keyword in then select "Anchor Text In Comment Blogs" and click search! You'll then have a list of tons of sites you can potentially leave a comment on that will have qualified readers in your niche. Blog commenting can be a VERY powerful tool for traffic generation, if you want to really pump up your website earnings. Ensure that you leave a thoughtful and relevant comment. I'm not talking about "Great post thanks for sharing" I'm talking about a few sentences minimum that actually acknowledge some of the points in the article (you don't have to read the entire article to leave relevant comments). Ensure you embed a link back to one of the pages of your site with your main keyword. Please note that this is not for SEO purposes. While, yes, it does help the main goal here is increasing traffic. This will generate highly targeted leads to your site with a permanent link pointing to your money site. This part can be outsourced as well but ENSURE that your outsourcer also posts relevant comments or it will do little to no help for the traffic (and subsequently) earning potential of the site. I usually will do about 10-‐15 comments to start with for each site. This doesn’t take long and will pay off dividends for months to come. The more you do, the more traffic you can generate to your site, I'd recommend just doing the initial 10-‐15 and seeing where that gets you, along with part 1 of the promotional tactics which is crucial. My traffic generation method is 2 pronged and if you follow through with both methods you should be getting a nice trickle of visitors hitting the site everyday. Now don't expect a giant rush of visitors, but expect it to steadily grow for a few months as your links spread more and more through the social world via Social Adr and through the readership of other related blogs by the blog commenting you've done. Some of you may not be used to a site that may only get 25-‐50 people a day, however the FlexSqueeze theme converts extremely high and with all our front end research it only take a couple clicks here and there to get us to that $25 a month level for the site.

Many times, as mentioned before, the traffic can spike around 90 days and start to taper off a bit. To remedy this merely add more content to the website and repeat the promotional methods mentioned above. If the site has extremely high click values you can do this before it starts to taper off and expand the site content which, in turn, expands the site's traffic and revenue.
SCALABILITY Scaling this method can be done in 2 ways. First you can add more content to each website, using the same social promotion methods and increasing blog commenting. Second you can make more websites. How you plan to do it is up to you. You can also use this method to grow a very large powerhouse authority site in 1 niche or another. Let’s say you're into camping, you can then have hundreds of pieces of content written using this exact same method on each and every piece of content. Eventually all this content being spread will encourage more organic sharing and growth. If you do decide to use this method to promote an authority site, I'd recommend doing a bit more branding and making the sites look a bit nicer to ensure low bounce rates and keep people there once they land on the site. Also ensure your content is top notch as quality content is what grows an authority site beyond your control, and uncontrolled growth is what you want. Personally I've found it more profitable to merely create more websites with more content than focusing on just a couple websites. This can vary widely based on the niche you're in though and I would encourage you to experiment as well. I find that mitigating my risk across multiple websites is always preferable to putting all of my adsense “eggs” in one basket.
CONCLUSION
While it's not a complex method to generate tens of millions of dollars a month, it is a great way to build up your base AdSense revenue which you can then grow in a variety of different ways. As mentioned before you can flip the websites or merely use the profits to automate the process through a team of outsourcers and continue growing your sites. The main point I want to stress on here is moving the reliance away from the ever changing Google Search algorithm and moving into traffic streams that are both free and very easy to grow with a bit of work. Build a few of

these sites and watch them earn. Run the numbers and see what it could mean for you. Again if you have any questions please email me at [email protected] and you can visit the website and check for updates by heading over to http://adsensearsenal.com/updates/
