Requirements
• CEIA had already outgrown two Cleveland area locations and desired a new site with land for future expansion.
• As a leader in the security and protection industry, CEIA also needed sufficient outdoor space to create testing areas for their cutting edge technology used in humanitarian efforts worldwide.
Objectives / Challenges
• CEIA wanted the Hudson Headquarters to have one building large enough to hold their offices, Research and Development, customer showrooms, shipping and distribution, and a training area.
• Partnering with Premier for the third time, CEIA decided to build a new building to meet their business needs as well as put them in a location with more convenient freeway access.
