Innovative Nonpro�t Award The ninth annual award recognizes a nonpro�t organization in Kentucky implementing inventive, nontraditional programs or methods that e�ectively and e�ciently meet community needs. The organization will have demonstrated creativity and vision in �nding solutions to address community issues.

Outstanding Board Leadership Award The second annual award highlights the work of a board leader who is strategic-thinking, works cooperatively with other board members and the executive director to further the mission of the organization and is actively committed to best practices and succession planning.

and tools have helped organizations to collectively

raise more than $200 million from individual donors over the past decade. She has coached and trained thousands to raise more money and powerfully share their stories.

Lori is the founder of the Ignited Online Fundraising Community, the author of Nine Steps to a Successful Fundraising Campaign and author of the “must-read” fundraising coaching blog: Withism’s From Lori: Boldness, Clarity and Wisdom for Fundraising Professionals.

In 2013 Lori created the Imagine What’s Possible Step-by-Step Storytelling System.

This interactive clinic will provide three tools for introducing your organization powerfully and o�er an opportunity for coaching on two minute "mission moment" stories. Fund Development Planning Clinic presented by Lee Ellen Martin

Creating a comprehensive fund development plan is essential for long-term fundraising success. Planning will provide your nonpro�t with the roadmap it needs to successfully engage donors and increase contributed income. This day-long planning clinic will guide you, step-by-step, in the creation of a fund development plan for your organization. Utilize Lee Ellen’s experience as an executive director, development o�cer, board member and consultant to help you create a strong plan for your organization’s future fundraising strategies. Whether you are the chief development o�cer or an executive director wearing this among many other hats, this hands-on clinic will help you take your organization’s fundraising to the next level. What is the Kentucky Nonpro�t Network?The Kentucky Nonpro�t Network is a statewide association ofnonpro�ts that serves, strengthens and advances Kentucky’snonpro�t community. Through educational and networkingopportunities, technical assistance and information sharing, KNN assists organizations in securing the resources and support necessary to e�ectively meet community needs. KNN was founded in 2002 as an outreach program of the University of Kentucky, most recently in the College of Agriculture, Food and Environment and received its 501 (c) 3, tax-exempt status in 2012.

Registration InformationRegistration for the Kentucky Nonpro�t Leadership Forum and assignment of workshops is on a �rst- come, �rst-served basis. We encourage you to return the registration form as soon as possible to better your chance to get your �rst choices. To qualify for discounted registration fees, you must submit payment and the registration form by September 30, 2013. Final payment deadline is October 11, 2013.

Who Should Attend the Forum?Executive directors, board members, fund development sta�, �nance sta�, program sta� and other volunteers of nonpro�t organizations should attend the Forum. A variety of sessions are o�ered to accommodate diverse levels of experience.

Cancellation PolicyRegister carefully, as there are no refunds for registration fees. Registrations may be transferred to another participant free of charge until October 11, 2013.
