    1. Initiate a Pin & Pull from mount. 2. Kick your leg over his arm and apply a neck crank.

    3. Kick your leg over your partners head and trap his wrist.

    4. Slide your leg through the hole and across his bicep while keeping the wrist

    trapped.

    5. Lean forward, figure 4 your legs, and apply pressure to the bicep to finish the

    lock.
