Members must be over 18 years of age.Members must have an active account to receive rewards,discounts and be part of any venue promotions.One Stars Rewards card per person only.Photo ID is required on application.Rewards, promotions, giveaways or discount benefit cannot betransferred or assigned to any person other than the Member.Stars Rewards points and food & beverage points redemptionmust be made in person by the Member and the assigned StarsRewards card must be presented. Photo ID may be requested.Management reserves the right to adjust Stars Rewards pointsand food & beverage points resulting from malfunction, operatorerror, system error and/or fraud and any other reason beyondthe control of the venue.Management will resolve any dispute which arises at its owndiscretion.Stars Rewards points are accrued differently for each tier levelin the program.Any Stars Rewards points that are not used within 12 monthsof being awarded will be deleted.To accumulate Stars Rewards points while playing gamingmachines, you must have your Stars Rewards card properlyinserted and accepted.It is the responsibility of the Member to ensure their StarsRewards card is properly inserted in the gaming machines.Stars Rewards points and food & beverage points cannot betransferred to another account at any time.Your Stars Rewards card must be presented to receive StarsRewards points and discounts at the venue or participatingCellarbrations retail liquor store.Food & beverage points are valid for the month of issue only.Food & beverage points cannot be redeemed for cash.Food & beverage points are determined by points earned fromthe previous three months activity.Your Stars Rewards card will be cancelled after 12 months ofnon activity.Stars Rewards offers will be sent via email and SMS only.CardIt account holders must present their Stars Rewards cardand provide a valid PIN when withdrawing funds from theiraccount at the cashier.In the unfortunate event of a Member’s death, all points on theircard remain the property of the venue.Use of the CardIt account is governed by Office of Liquor &Gaming Regulation and Odyssey.It is the Member’s responsibility to keep their Stars Rewards cardsand account PIN secure.Management accepts no responsibility for the loss of any StarsRewards points due to a lost card.All currency in relation to your account is in Australian dollars.The Stars Rewards loyalty program may be revised or altered atany time without prior notice from management.These terms and conditions may be changed by managementand/or Odyssey at any time.Our Privacy Policy covers all personal details you provide. CardIt is a player-based card system that allows you theflexibility to transfer credits directly from the gaming machineto your Stars Rewards card and your Star Rewards card to thegaming machine. Credits can be collected quickly at the CRTmachine without waiting for an attendant. Visitor cards are alsoavailable for use. Your last four digits of your membershipnumber will be your default pin number. For security, youshould create a new pin at the kiosk or cashier.

To check your Stars Rewards points balance, simply insert yourStars Rewards card into any gaming machine, press theMy Account button and then Bonus points on the pin pad andcheck your points balance. Points can also be checked at ourkiosk or cashier.
