In phase 1, the team responsible for the project aims to define the project organization, the strategy of implementation, the macro task planning, as well as the initial training about the system, finalizing the executive kick off.

Preparation

In phase 2, the team of the project works to detail the process modeling for the company, made by a process mapping and GAPs analysis. The system will be installed and the phase is finalized with a detailed project planning, the description of the processes and the specifications.

In phase 3, the team of the project applies the setup and all the development. After finishing setup and development, it will start the functional testing and refining. After functional testing, the team will work in the waves of integrated testing: 1, 2 or 3, according to the projects' needs.

In phase 4, the team of the project executes the final activities of preparation for the system Cut-Off, in order to replace the old system to the new production environment and avoid big impacts for the operational processes.

In phase 5, the team of the project is gradually substituted by the helpdesk team and it will start the use of the system in production.
