• Woodruff Evans Construction founded February 1956• Leonard Woodruff and Jack Evans started• Incorporated on March 24, 1959• Leonard bought the company from Jack in the 1980’s• 1988-1989 Leonard's sons Bill and Don took over• Became a Limited Liability Company in 2003

• 1956 opened office in Fort Dodge• 1996 opened Ames office • 2008 opened Iowa City office• 2014 opened Waterloo office

Woodruff and DBIA

• Both Bill and Don Woodruff have received the DBIA designation

• Two other owners are currently working on designation
