Wine Dinner 28th January 2011

First wine dinner of the cycle organized in 2011 by Chef David Coelho in Mussiene, São Bartolomeu de Messines. The harmony between the cuisine by Chef David Coelho's hand, and the wines of Sogevinus (Burmester, Douro) and Joao Portugal Ramos (Vila Santa, Alentejo), appears to produce a symphony that combines different sensory perceptions of nature, like a sweet smile!
