Windcreek Casino Mongtomery is one of our most loyal sponsors and

have earned a spot on the home page of our website along with our

other most loyal sponsors.

The Columbus Cottonmouths upgraded to an entirely new web-

site at the beginning of the 2015-16 Season. The appearance, feel and information was updated to fit the

style of the Columbus Cottonmouths.

Per the contract, Windcreek Casno received an advertisement on

custom souvenir ticket stock that was used for every individual ticket purchased at our games. More than 50,000 tickets were distributed with Windcreek Casino Montgomery’s ad

seen here. This stock was provided for all

tickets purchased at the Columbus Civic Center Box Office and the

Columbus Cottonmouths Front Office.

Zamboni advertising

The Zamboni is a prominent feature during a hockey game, hitting the ice during both intermissions and providing an individual a ride of their life. All eyes are on the zamboni during it’s featured time on the ice! This is very prominent signage inventory that is not only visible during the Columbus Cottonmouths games, but also during other ice shows at the Co-lumbus Civic Center, including Disney on Ice. Zamboni advertising is in a perfect location to be seen throughout the arena from every seat!

Dasher Advertising

Dasher advertising is prominently located along the ice in the Columbus Civic Center in

Columbus, Georgia, able to be easiliy seen by fans in attendance and captured in photographs and

news reels!

Braun Center in Huntsville, Alabama, easily seen by fans in

attendance and captured in photographs and news reels!

Dasher advertising is prominently located along the ice in the Macon

Centreplex in Macon, Georgia, easily seen by fans in attendance and captured in photographs and

Lobby Signage

Lobby signage is the newest signage inven-tory offered by the Columbus Cottonmouths. Prominently placed in the front lobby of the

Columbus Civic Center, lobby signage is 10’ x 10’ and visible by every fan at the

Cottonmouths games.

Jumbotron :30 Advertisement

During each intermission of the Cottonmouths games, the ad was played while our Announcer read the script along. Fans were encouraged to participate using the social media hashtags presented in the advertisement.

Ice SponsorshipBrand the ice at the Columbus Civic Center as

uPDATESKeep the website promotion schedule updated

throughout the year and keep the Pit Promotions sheet up to date at each game. These forms of communica-tion with our fans did not open until mid-season, but the goal is to have them run the entire season next

year.

Jumbotron PromotionCreate a slide for Georgia Lottery Promotional Nights

to run on the Jumbotron for the month prior to the event, so the potential reach for GLC is higher based

on the return rate of fans at each game.

PhotographsTake more photos of the GLC promotional items in the rafters prior to the game. Also, take more photos of our staff preparing the GLC parachutes and t-shirts. Over-all, more photos of the setup process, execution and

redemption of GLC promotional items.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with you and your staff in solidifying and fulfilling our partnership this year. While I wish we had seen more faces at the game in April, I enjoyed speaking with Jason, as did our owner Wanda Amos.
