A commitment to training• New-hire Strategic Change Consultants

– SMART program - includes a detailed case study, basic financial and technology training, strategy frameworks, business analysis techniques, team building, self-study and presentation skills

• New-hire Technology Consultants– ASCENT Program in Tampa, FL - includes self study,

team building, creative problem solving, 1 week of “Introduction to Consulting” class and 9-10 weeks of intensive technical training

• Ongoing - All Consultants – 40 hours of continuing education each year - choose to
