In Literacy: During Reading, our Year 1’s and 2’s have been learning to ask questions that relate to the meaning of the text using the 5W’s; who, what, when, where, why and how. We have been working hard on our spelling, building word family lists, using suffixes, learning words from our writing and learning the Oxford First 100 words and 200 words.
