1. BizX Overview BizX is an Infinite ERP tool, an employee portal which is secured website that connects you to Employee’s records. The portal allows you to navigate to different modules which is built on latest technology platform and details with a securely manner. BizX delivers a clean, consistent and user-friendly design and can be used on computers, mobiles and tablets, resulting in greater user satisfaction, quick turn-around time, timely submissions of expenses, timely approvals and quick access to upload receipts, visibility of costs, etc., The CoreHR module comes with its own Mobile Apps for iOS and Android, which allows users to view and update their details like personal details, educational, qualification & employment details, and renumeration details.
2. CoreHR Module The objective of the CoreHR module is to automate a HRMS Management System with workflows, processes and activities that are related to an individual’s personal data, in alignment to the Organization’s Policies and Procedures that are designed as part of the Quality Management System. CoreHR is a type of information system that is designed to manage an Organization's computerized and automated human resource (HR) processes. With the increase in Business complexity and competition, employee management has become increasingly more complicated and difficult. Employees expect more from their companies and companies expect more from employees. To achieve the maximum in each case, a proper system is required to manage employee expectations as well as their output. The proposed system is a web-based application and mobile friendly app downloadable from App Stores, to maintains a centralized repository of all personal information, integrated to other eco-systems and applications that feed master data that are created by various other departments and support functions. The system allows one to easily view and update their personal details and HR department to be able to process them with ease and ability to have a controlled tracking.

LOGIN, DASHBOARD AND HOME PAGE
• Login page to BizX application using the Active Directory or Form based custom authentication
• Password is same as your webmail password. Once you enter password click on Sign In button.
• A view to the Landing screen. Employees can view below screen and quick access to all the modules
• A view to the Landing Dashboard screen. Managers can view pending requests count and a quick access to all the modules
Note: Depending on the User role, the tabs will be listed in the Expense module:
• For a regular employee, only the Create Expense & the My Expense tab will be displayed.
• • For an Approver such as a Reporting Manager/Project Manager/SBU Head/BU Head, the Pending Expenses tab will also be displayed.
• • For Finance Helpdesk, the Finance Approval tab will be displayed.
• • For CFO & Finance Helpdesk, the Expense Report will also be displayed.

• All Employees will have access to CoreHR module as ready only. Only HR team will be the authorized team to view/edit the employee details.
