As a result, AHI Travel and the Sponsoring Asso-ciation are not liable for any negligence or willful act of anysuch person or entity or any third person. The pas-sage contract in use, when issued, shall constitute the solecontract between the company(ies) and the passengerand/or purchaser of this trip.CANCELLATION-All cancellations for any reason will besubject to a $300 per person administrative fee. You maychoose, at the time of cancellation, to apply the withheld ad-ministrative fee to a future AHI Travel program that will oper-ate in the current calendar year or year following. The creditwill be applied to the final billing and may not be used aspart of the initial deposit. It is non-transferable and is notvalid toward the purchase of an AHI Cruises independentcruise. Cancellation from 210 days to 121 days prior to de-parture will result in a $500 fee. Cancellation from 120 to91 days will result in a forfeiture of 20% of the entire cost ofthe trip per person; cancellation from 90 days up to the timeof departure will result in 100% forfeiture of the entire costof the trip. By participating in this travel pro-gram, you authorize AHI Travel and CAA, without providingcompensation to you, or obtaining additional approvals fromyou, to include photographic and video recordings of you, aswell as voice recordings included with any videos, in AHITravel's and CAA's sales, marketing, advertising, publicityand/or training activities.RESPONSIBILITY-AHI Travel and the Cal Alumni Associa-tion (herein after "Sponsoring Association") do not own oroperate any entity which provides goods or services for thisprogram, and act only as agents for the independent suppli-ers of travel conveyance, transport, accommodations orother services. All such persons or entities are independentcontractors. As a result, AHI Travel and the Sponsoring Asso-ciation are not liable for any negligence or willful act of anysuch person or entity or any third person. You maychoose, at the time of cancellation, to apply the withheld ad-ministrative fee to a future AHI Travel program that will oper-ate in the current calendar year or year following. Cancellation from 210 days to 121 days prior to de-parture will result in a $500 fee. Cancellation from 120 to91 days will result in a forfeiture of 20% of the entire cost ofthe trip per person; cancellation from 90 days up to the timeof departure will result in 100% forfeiture of the entire costof the trip.
