Lily of the Valley Church travels to twin island republic of Trinidad & Tobago to celebrate 12th Annual Holy Convocation of T & T Churches of God in Christ. Tour will include (but is not limited to) training for pastors & elders, religious instruction for children, and rehab ministry. Visiting team also plan to enjoy tourist attractions and Tobago's best beaches.

FOOD & BEVERAGE INFORMATION The water is safe to drink. Bottled water will be provided as well.

Be prepared to have some trini food: roti, pelau, doubles, bake and shark, curry chicken, curry

mango, fry bake, roast bake, curry crab, etc.

Pelau (May include: beef or chicken/lamb, rice, onion, sugar, garlic, oil, chive, tomato, coconut milk, "pigeon peas", hot peppers, carrots, other vegetables, salt)

Doubles Doubles are a common street food in Trinidad & Tobago. It is a sandwich made with two bara (flat fried bread) filled with channa (curry chick peas). Topped with mango, chadon beni (cilantro), cucumber, coconut,

tamarind, and extra extra pepper sauce, this delicacy is a popular fast food in Trinidad & Tobago. Bake and Shark, Trinidad & Tobago's ultimate fish sandwich ...Perhaps the world's best fish sandwich! Optional dressings & toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pineapples, garlic sauce, cabbage, tamarind sauce, hot sauces and lots more!

Roti Think. . .Chipotle, with stewed chicken and potatoes. . .but instead of a tortilla wrap, it's more of a dough bread-ish wrap. It actually may be more filling than a burrito from Chipotle. It can include chicken, beef, goat, or shrimp, etc. Roti generally included with Curry Chicken and Mango dishes. Curry Chicken (herbs and spices may include: cardamom, chiles, cinnamon, cloves, coriander, cumin, fennel, nutmeg,

① Boat ride to the Nylon Pool (TT$60).

② Walk with snacks.

③ Bathe at the best beaches in Tobago, so walk with appropriate beach wear.

④ Pack a change of clothes if you plan to bathe and a towel.

⑤ Scuba diving can be done at the reef we will make the necessary arrangements.

⑥ We will visit a few places on the island, so walk with cameras, phones, etc.

⑦ You should pack a travel or overnight bag for that day trip.

Option A:) Pastor David Lewis requesting Pastor Grissum/1st Lady arrival Saturday night 3/21/15. Others can go from Saturday night as well.

both of whom are actively involved in the work of the ministry.
