• For all translation requests, there must be a valid PO in order for TransPerfect to proceed with a translation.• If there is a ‘Blanket PO’ in place to cover all translations on a certain study, please enter it in the ‘PO Number’ field on

TransPort when you make your request.• Otherwise, you will need to generate a PO in Oracle. Please refer to the Job Aide created by Parexel Procurement in order

to ensure the PO is generated in such a way that it is received automatically on TransPort. • NOTE: Any POs generated in a different way will not be received on TransPort, which may create delays in the translation

process.• Please do NOT approve quotes manually on TransPort, as this will prevent the PO from being received in TransPort.
