ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES OF SCHOOL DIVISIONSPursuant to the powers vested in me by subsection 27(1) of The

Education Act, and in compliance with section 360 of the said Act, Ihereby order that the boundaries of the following school divisions bealtered, effective April 1, 1996, in the manner set forth herein.

Sub-division No. 2 of the Tisdale School Division No. 53 ofSaskatchewan —

adding thereto:in Township 41, in Range 15, west of the Second Meridian: the

north-east quarter of section 22.Sub-division No. 4 of the Wadena School Division No. 46 of

Saskatchewan —taking therefrom:

in Township 41, in Range 15, west of the Second Meridian: thenorth-east quarter of section 22.

I further order, pursuant to subsection 118(1) of The Education Act,that tax arrears on the aforementioned land shall be payable to theboard of education of the school division from which the land waswithdrawn, and further, that all taxes owing or already paid for thecurrent year shall be apportioned between the two school divisions ina manner agreed upon by the respective boards of education.

ARCOLA FROBISHER-ALIDA BEDS POOL —HORIZONTAL WELL PROJECT EXPANSION

MRO 238/96. Pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and GasConservation Act, approval is granted to Grad & Walker EnergyCorporation to drill and complete one horizontal well in the Frobisher-Alida Beds, underlying the north-east quarter of Section 21-8-3W2M, in accordance with plans filed with Saskatchewan Energy andMines as Document No. H.W. 331 and subject to the following:

1 A maximum allowable rate of production shall be assigned.Dated at Regina, Saskatchewan, March 15, 1996.

GLIDDEN VIKING GAS POOLMRO 240/95 PB 17. Pursuant to section 17 of The Oil and Gas

Conservation Act, MRO 1/72 PB 1 dated January 21, 1972 is rescindedand the following area is designated and identified as a gas poolnamed the “Glidden Viking Gas Pool”, effective April 1, 1996.

Lands West of the Third Meridian:in Township 27, in Range 24: Sections 11, 13 to 15.

ANTELOPE LAKE NORTH CANTUAR SAND POOLMRO 241/96 PB 18. Pursuant to section 17 of The Oil and Gas

Conservation Act, the following area is designated and identified asan oil and gas pool named the “Antelope Lake North Cantuar SandPool”, effective April 1, 1996.

Lands West of the Third Meridian:in Township 15, in Range 18: Section 9.

MRO 242/96 PO 18. Pursuant to section 17 of The Oil and GasConservation Act, the following provisions shall apply to the drillingof, and the production of oil and gas from, vertical oil wells in theAntelope Lake North Cantuar Sand Pool effective April 1, 1996.

1 The drainage unit shall be comprised of two legal subdivisions ina Section grouped as follows:

Legal subdivisions 1 and 2; 3 and 4; 5 and 6; 7 and 8; 9 and 10; 11and 12; 13 and 14; 15 and 16.

2 Within a drainage unit, the sides of the target area shall be 100 mfrom and parallel to the corresponding sides of the odd numberedlegal subdivision.

3 If a well is not completed within the target area, the minister mayreduce the area used as a factor in determining the MARP.

4(a) For the first well drilled in each Section, the operator shallsubmit samples of the interval from the top of the Second WhiteSpecks to total depth.

(b) For all subsequent wells drilled in each Section the operatorshall submit samples of the interval from the top of the Mississippianto total depth if such wells are intended to be drilled below the top ofthe Mississippian System.

5 As a minimum requirement, the operator shall run logs todetermine the resistivity, spontaneous potential, porosity and gammaray spectra from total depth to surface casing shoe for each welldrilled.

ANTELOPE LAKE NORTH CANTUAR SAND POOL —WATERFLOOD PROJECT

MRO 243/96. The application submitted by Pinnacle ResourcesLtd. to conduct a waterflood project in the Antelope Lake NorthCantuar Sand Pool is approved pursuant to section 17.1 of The Oiland Gas Conservation Act. Permission is granted to construct the

facilities and recomplete the well Pinnacle Antelope LakeA14-9-15-18 as a pressure maintenance water injection well, inaccordance with plans filed with Saskatchewan Energy and Mines asDocument No. P.M. 1041 and subject to the following conditions:

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of Saskatchewan Energy and Mines prior tocommencement of water injection and subsequent to any modificationto such installations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 8 300 kPa.

3 Annual project reports shall be submitted to the EngineeringServices Branch of Saskatchewan Energy and Mines.

CANTUAR LOWER ROSERAY SAND POOL —WATERFLOOD PROJECT

MRO 244/96. The application submitted by Wascana Energy Ltd.to conduct a waterflood project in the Cantuar Unit is approvedpursuant to section 17.1 of The Oil and Gas Conservation Act.Permission is granted to construct the facilities and recomplete 17wells as pressure maintenance water injection wells, in accordancewith plans filed with Saskatchewan Energy and Mines as DocumentNo. P.M. 1042 and subject to the following conditions:

1 Installations shall be subject to the approval of a fieldrepresentative of Saskatchewan Energy and Mines prior tocommencement of water injection and subsequent to any modificationto such installations.

2 The wellhead injection pressure shall be limited to a maximumof 8 200 kPa.

3 Annual project reports shall be submitted to the EngineeringServices Branch of Saskatchewan Energy and Mines.

SALT LAKE LLOYDMINSTER SAND POOL —WATERFLOOD MODIFICATION

MRO 245/96. Pursuant to sections 17 and 17.1 of The Oil and GasConservation Act approval is granted to Renaissance Energy Ltd. tomodify a waterflood project in the Salt Lake Lloydminster Sand Pool.Permission is granted to drill six infill wells to be located at:

B13-13-39-25 W3M B14-14-39-25 W3M B15-14-39-25 W3MB16-14-39-25 W3M B1-24-39-25 W3M B2-24-39-25 W3M

in accordance with plans filed with Saskatchewan Energy andMines as Document No. P.M. 690.

SILVERDALE SPARKY SAND POOLMRO 246/96 PO 19. Pursuant to section 17 of The Oil and Gas

Conservation Act, MRO 172/85 PO 23, dated August 2, 1985, isrescinded and the following provisions shall apply to the drilling of,and the production of oil and gas from, vertical oil wells in theSilverdale Sparky Sand Pool effective April 1, 1996.

1 The drainage unit shall be one quarter of a legal subdivision withthe exception of the following where the drainage unit shall be:

(a) approximately 2.5 hectares, consisting of the fractionalnorth-east or south-east quarter of a legal subdivision within thearea described in section 2(a);(b) one legal subdivision within the area described insection 2(b);(c) approximately 21 hectares, consisting of a legal subdivisionand the fractional legal subdivision located directly west withinthe area described in section 2(c).

2 The target area shall be a square with 100 m sides located 50 mfrom the corresponding sides of the legal subdivision, with exceptionof the following areas:

(a) For lands lying West of the Third Meridian:in Township 48, in Range 28: legal subdivisions 1, 8, 9 and 16

of Sections 27 and 34;in Township 49, in Range 28: legal subdivisions 1, 8, 9 and 16

of Sections 3, 10 and 15.

(i) the target area shall be a rectangle with sides located50 m from the north, south and west sides of the drainageunit and the east side of the target area shall be located18 m from the east side of the drainage unit.

(b) For lands lying West of the Third Meridian:in Township 48, in Range 28: the east half and legal

subdivisions 3, 6, 11 and 14 of Section 14; the south-east quarterand legal subdivisions 3, 6, 11 and 14 of Section 23.

(i) the target area shall be a square with 200 m sideslocated in the north-east corner of the drainage unit.

(c) For lands lying West of the Third Meridian:

in Township 48, in Range 28: legal subdivisions 4, 5, 12and 13 of Sections 14 and 23; fractional subdivisions 1, 8, 9 and16 of Sections 15 and 22.

(i) the target area shall be a rectangle located in thenorth-east corner of the drainage unit with the south sidelocated 200 m from the north side of the drainage unit andthe west side located 210 m from the east side of thedrainage unit.

3 Samples of drill cuttings from formations below the top of theDevonian System shall be taken and delivered to the Department.

4 Monthly gas tests and measurement of monthly gas productionas defined in sections 68 and 99 of The Oil and Gas ConservationRegulations, 1985, shall not be required. If a well produces more than850 cubic metres of gas per day it shall not be allowed to produce untilremedial work has reduced the daily gas production to an amountless than 850 cubic metres.

BEVERLEY EAST CANTUAR SAND POOLMRO 247/96 PB 19. Pursuant to section 17 of The Oil and Gas

Conservation Act, MRO 28/87 PB 6 dated March 23, 1987, is rescindedand the following area is designated and identified as an oil and gaspool named the “Beverley East Cantuar Sand Pool”, effectiveApril 1, 1996.
