TO THE HOUNOURABLETHE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR IN COUNCILThe undersigned has the honour to report that:1 The Vital Statistics Act, 1995 provides, in part, as follows:

36(1) The clerk or secretary-treasurer of every municipality,or any other person approved by the Lieutenant Governor inCouncil, is the division registrar of the registration divisionformed by the municipality.

2 By Your Honour�s Order 615/1999, dated November 3, 1999, theappointment of Dr. Liana Nolan of Saskatoon as division registrar ofvital statistics of the registration division of the City of Saskatoonwas approved.

3 Dr. Liana Nolan has resigned her appointment as divisionregistrar of vital statistics of the registration division of the City ofSaskatoon and it is considered desirable and in the public interest toapprove the appointment of a replacement.

The undersigned has the honour, therefore, to recommend thatYour Honour�s Order do issue, pursuant to subsection 36(1) of TheVital Statistics Act, 1995:

(a) accepting the resignation of Dr. Liana Nolan, Saskatoon,as division registrar of vital statistics of the registration divisionof the City of Saskatoon;

(b) approving the appointment of Dr. Cory Neudorf, Saskatoon,as the division registrar of vital statistics of the registrationdivision of the City of Saskatoon.

ALTERATION OF BOUNDARIES OF SCHOOL DIVISIONSNo. 002/2000. Pursuant to the powers vested in me by

subsection 54(1) of The Education Act, 1995, and in compliance withsection 357 of the said Act, I hereby order that the boundaries of thefollowing school divisions be altered, effective the date of this Order,in the manner set forth herein.Sub-division No. 1 of the Golden Plains School Division No. 124 ofSaskatchewan �

Adding thereto:in Township 4, Range 3, West of the Third Meridian: the

southwest quarter of section 16, the south half of section 17,section 18.

Sub-division No. 3 of the Borderland School Division No. 68 ofSaskatchewan �

Taking therefrom:in Township 4, Range 3, West of the Third Meridian: the

southwest quarter of section 16, the south half of section 17,section 18.

I further order, pursuant to subsection 118(1) of The EducationAct, 1995, that any tax arrears on the aforementioned land shall bepayable to the Board of Education of the Borderland School DivisionNo. 68 of Saskatchewan and further, that all taxes owing or alreadypaid for the current year shall be apportioned between the two saidschool divisions in a manner mutually agreed upon by the respectiveboards of education.

with the exception of the following drainage units which shall be:(a) two legal subdivisions in a Section within the area described in

clause 2(b) and grouped as follows:Legal subdivisions 1 and 2; 3 and 4; 5 and 6; 7 and 8; 9 and 10;

11 and 12; 13 and 14; 15 and 16.2 Within a drainage unit, the target areas shall be a 235 m square

situated in the north-east corner of legal subdivisions 6, 8 14 and 16,with the exception of the following:

(a) the target area shall have sides located 200 m from thecorresponding sides of the drainage unit within the following landsWest of the Third Meridian:

4 Unless otherwise ordered by the minister, every well shall beflow tested within three months after commencement of productionin a manner approved by the minister and any such flow tests aremade in lieu of subsections 73(1) and (2) of The Oil and GasConservation Regulations, 1985.

5 The operator shall have the following logs taken from total depthto surface casing shoe as a minimum requirement:

(a) for at least one well per Section, an approved resistivity log orstandard electric log shall be run;

(b) an approved pulsed neutron capture log may be substituted forthe requirements of clause (a);

(c) the remaining wells on a Section shall be logged with anapproved radioactivity log, consisting of both natural and inducedradioactivity measurements, or in accordance with clauses (a) or (b).
