Pursuant to the authority vested in me by clause 54(1)(b) and section 118 of The Education Act, 1995, and in compliance with section 357 of the said Act, I, donna Harpauer, minister of Education, do hereby order the following, effective the date of this Order, in the manner set forth herein:
1 That the following lands be transferred from Sub-division No. 3 of the Horizon School division No. 205 of Saskatchewan to Sub-division No. 7 of the Prairie Spirit School division No. 206 of Saskatchewan:
In Township 32, range 29: the south-east quarter of fractional section 35 and the south-west quarter section of 36;

It has been deemed appropriate to comply with a request of the rural municipality of Corman Park No. 344, to alter its division boundaries. Accordingly, under the authority conferred upon the minister of municipal Affairs by section 49 and division 3 of The Municipalities Act:
IT IS HErEbY OrdErEd THAT the rural municipality of Corman Park No. 344 is restructured by eliminating the existing divisions and creating eight (8) new divisions which are assigned the numbers division 1, division 2, division 3, division 4, division 5, division 6, division 7 and division 8.; and
IT IS FUrTHEr OrdErEd THAT the boundaries of the divisions are established as identified and marked on the attached map; and
IT IS FUrTHEr OrdErEd THAT the effective date of the restructuring and creation of division 1, division 2, division 3, division 4, division 5, division 6, division 7 and division 8 is February 29, 2012.

1 The effective date of the boundary alteration for division 1, division 2, division 3, division 4, division 5, division 6, division 7 and division 8 is February 29, 2012.
2 An election for a councillor to represent each of division 1, division 2, division 3, division 4, division 5, division 6, division 7 and division 8 as described herein, will be held on February 29, 2012.
3 It is confirmed that Nomination day will be January 25, 2012, and the deadline to post/publish Notice of Call for Nominations will be January 10, 2012.
4 Advance polls shall be held in each division, and a central advance poll in the Corman Park municipal office, as follows:
(a) February 24 - 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.;
(b) February 25 - 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.;
(c) February 27 - 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.; and
(d) February 28 - 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m..
5 Polls shall be held in each division, and a central poll in the Corman Park municipal Office, on election day from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m..
6 The Council of the rm of Corman Park shall establish by bylaw a mail-in ballot voting system prior to Nomination day (i.e. January 25, 2012), for the purpose of receiving ballots for the election to be held on February 29, 2012.
7 ms. Judy douglas shall be appointed as returning Officer and shall conduct the election in accordance with the provisions of The Local Government Elections Act and those set out herein.
8 The term of office for the councillors for division 1, division 3, division 5 and division 7 shall expire at the time of the general election, 2016.
9 The term of office for the councillors for divisions 2, division 4, division 6 and division 8 shall expire at the time of the general election, 2014.
