ALTERATION OF BOuNDARIES – BETWEEN THE RuRAL muNICIPALITY OF FOAm LAKE NO. 276 AND THE TOWN OF FOAm LAKE
1 Pursuant to sections 53, 56, 57, 59, and 61 of The Municipalities Act, the Council of the Rm of Foam Lake No. 276 has submitted an application to alter its boundaries to the minister of Government Relations.
2 upon consideration of the application, the minister is of the opinion that the municipalities affected will be viable entities following the alteration of boundaries. Therefore, the undersigned hereby orders, pursuant to sections 61, 62, and 63 of The Municipalities Act, that:
(a) the boundaries of the Town of Foam Lake and the Rural municipality of Foam Lake No. 276 bealtered by withdrawing from the town and adding to the rural municipality the territory described inSchedule A;
(b) Schedule B is conclusively deemed to be the legal description of the boundary of the Town of FoamLake;
(c) Pursuant to clause 67(5)(b) of The Municipalities Act, the boundaries of the Rm are deemed to includethe land withdrawn from the Town of Foam Lake; and
(d) the alteration shall take effect on and from the date of this Order.

If a holiday occurs within the week of publication, the deadline is set back to 5 p.m. of the previous Friday. All material for publication in The Saskatchewan Gazette must be submitted electronically (mS Word or WordPerfect) accompanied by a signed hard copy to the Office of the Queen’s Printer, Saskatchewan justice, B19-3085 Albert St., Regina SK S4S 0B1, tel. Each document or disk must be complete in the form required for publication and must be separate from the covering letter. Signatures on all documents must be typewritten or clearly printed immediately below the written signatures.
Prepayment is required for ALL notices placed in The Saskatchewan Gazette by non-government clients. Cheques or money orders must be made payable to the Queen’s Printer Revolving Fund.
