PACKAGING SPECIALISTSResponsible for handling raw material through the lm productionprocess. This position requires the desire to work in a team environment.Applicants must be available to work a rotating 12-hour shift. Ouremployees normally do not work more than 3 consecutive days andreceive every other weekend off.
LINE OPERATORResponsible for the technical operations, packaging and quality of the
products produced on their line. This position requires basic math skillsand the desire to work in a team environment with previous plasticsexperience preferred. Applicants must be available to work a rotating12-hour shift. Our employees normally do not work more than threeconsecutive days and receive every other weekend off.
MAINTENANCE OPERATORThis position requires an Associates Degree in Industrial Maintenanceor a similar eld. Applicants need to have a working knowledge ofmechanical, electrical and pneumatics and be skilled with various handtools. They must possess the ability to correctly diagnose failures andperform troubleshooting duties. Applicants must also be able to lift aminimum of 80 pounds. Pay starts at $14-$15/hour.
MANAGEMENT TRAINEEResponsible for the completion of an intense management trainingprogram to prepare for management positions throughout the company.
The ideal candidates will have a manufacturing related college degree/business degree (or equivalent).
