FABRIC REQUIREMENTS1/3 yard (35 cm) white main (C4440 White)

¼ yard (25 cm) yellow main (C4440 Yellow)

¼ yard (25 cm) yellow paisley (C4441 Yellow)

¼ yard (25 cm) blue pinwheels (C4442 Blue)

¼ yard (25 cm) navy pinwheels (C4442 Navy)

¼ yard (25 cm) red quilt (C4443 Red)

¼ yard (25 cm) blue stars (C4444 Blue)

¼ yard (25 cm) red stars (C4444 Red)

¼ yard (25 cm) red waves (C4445 Red)

½ yard (50 cm) snow white shade (C200-03 Snow White)

Binding ¼ yard (25 cm)

Backing ¾ yard (70 cm)

CUTTING REQUIREMENTSPlease read instructions first before cutting. Seam allowances

vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting

sashing and border pieces.

Assorted PrintsCut 1 square 10½” x 10½” from white main.

Cut 1 square 5½” x 5½” from each of the following assorted prints:

yellow main, white paisley, blue pinwheels, navy pinwheels,

red quilt, blue stars, red stars, red waves

Snow White ShadeCut 2 strips 5½” x WOF. Cut the strips into 4 rectangles 5½” x 10½”

and 4 squares 5½” x 5½”.

QUILT ASSEMBLYRefer to quilt photo for placement of fabrics.

Summer Star BlockDraw a line from corner to corner on the wrong side of the

8 print 5½” squares. Place a 5½” square on top of a snow

white shade 5½” x 10½” rectangle and sew on the line. Leave

a ¼” seam allowance and trim excess. Press. Repeat on the

other side. This will make 1 Flying Geese Unit. Repeat to make

4 Flying Geese Units.

Sew a Flying Geese Unit to the left and right side of the white

main 10½” square. Sew a snow white shade 5½” square to

each side of the 2 remaining Flying Geese Units. Sew the

3 rows together to complete the quilt center.

Finish quilt by layering the quilt top, batting, and back.
