1) Which data & products, management tools and activities are required?

Satellite imagery: effect of climate change, desertification, change in agriculture, biomass utilisation patterns (unsustainable)

Weather forecasting: short term weather prediction (wind peak power potential), agricultural applications

Ocean currents: climate, fishing, power generation

Modelling: computational resources, water resource planning

Measurement of type of energy utilisation as a tool to quantify development and industrialisation
