siteTRACK siteTRACK SCADA Platform (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition) Functionalities siteTRACK is a software platform for remote systems monitoring and tele-surveillance. Specific functions: - Raw data collection from periphery - Raw data elaboration - Data validation - Alarms and notifications creation - Alarms propagation - Historical storage of collected data - Call back management about entrance/exit from alarm conditions - Display on WEB pages of alarms and collected data - Alarms management (take in charge, release, cancellation ) - Projection of monitored data on digital cartography (NAVTEQ, GOOGLE…) Fields of application - Aqueducts and dams monitoring - Elevators and lift systems monitoring - Industrial plants monitoring - Lightning systems monitoring - Environmental monitoring Architecture Information is collected, as following scheme shows, from several drivers which send data to the manager through TCP-IP protocol. Collected data are analyzed by manager and are compared with a series of reference values contained in the database, so that potential alarms are generated and callback (executable programs) are activated, for instance, for recovery operations or for notifications to available staff.

siteTRACK SCADA Platform

(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition)

Functionalities siteTRACK is a software platform for remote systems monitoring and tele-surveillance. Specific functions: - Raw data collection from

periphery - Raw data elaboration - Data validation - Alarms and notifications

creation - Alarms propagation - Historical storage of collected

data - Call back management about

entrance/exit from alarm conditions

- Display on WEB pages of alarms and collected data

- Alarms management (take in charge, release, cancellation )

- Projection of monitored data on digital cartography (NAVTEQ, GOOGLE…)

Fields of application

- Aqueducts and dams monitoring

- Elevators and lift systems monitoring

- Industrial plants monitoring

- Lightning systems monitoring

- Environmental monitoring

Architecture Information is collected, as following scheme shows, from several drivers which send data to the manager through TCP-IP protocol. Collected data are analyzed by manager and are compared with a series of reference values contained in the database, so that potential alarms are generated and callback (executable programs) are activated, for instance, for recovery operations or for notifications to available staff.

Services and assets, which are subject to monitoring, are grouped in nodes and groups of nodes, in order to propagate potential alarms from the service/asset to the node and, finally, to the group.

Operator/administrator interface Operator/administrator interface is based on WEB pages, menus are grouped in 2 macro areas:

- Monitor: allows supervising the state of the system, displaying information on the basis of different views (by services and assets, by node, by group…) - Configure: allows configuring services and assets which are subject to monitoring, by defining their type, reference limits, severity level…

Events management siteTRACK provides an event manager which collects all main events coming from managers and agents. Moreover it allows collection of generic events coming from applications. It is possible to filter and export obtained views in EXCEL format. Charts and reports

A system of chart management is available for the representation of charts relative to monitored assets and for reports creation.

System requirements - Manager: LINUX - Web Application: LINUX, Apache+Tomcat - Database: LINUX, ORACLE, Mysql, Microsoft SQL Server - Cartography: LINUX, local in SHAPE format (for instance: NAVTEQ) or external providers (for instance: GOOGLE) - Operator interface: WEB type, based on JSP, HTTP pages, server APACHE, Application Server TOMCAT - Acquisition Driver: Windows or LINUX
