Women wore resplendent gowns. dazzling jewels and flower crowns, while the men channelled sophistication in their smart tuxes. The 4OO-strong turnout nibbled on canapes by Chef Daniel Chavez of Ola, enjoyed dinner by Chef lvan Brehm of Nouri, and gorged on chocolates byVincent Bourdin of Valrhona. A silent wine auction also got guests all excited. The night also featured performances by SSO and opera star Zoltan Nagy, and a special appearance by mezzo-soprano Seia Lee.
