The Question

The Big Question:

I need System Center for all of those advanced software and service deployment capabilities, but without System Center already in place how do I deploy System Center?

Page 16: Service Manager User Group November 2013 Slide Deck

What is PDT

The PowerShell Deployment Toolkit (PDT) is a set of scripts and knowledge for automated deployment of System Center 2012 SP1/R2, including SQL all prerequisites, and all automatable post-setup integration.

The interest level in Service Manager is through the roof since MSFT released System Center 2012.  Many customers lately asking to speak with other customers that have deployed SCSM.

Solution: The idea - host Lync meet ups (a “LyncUp”, sort of like a TweetUp – you heard it hear first!) with the community and let people just have an open discussion about whatever they want.  Brilliant!
