In Case of Emergency Immediately call to Camp Supervisor/Camp Office on 0322-2620949Describe the Incident location, incident intensity, cause of intensity of injury or Report of incident if occur.Give your name & Location and immediately stop the work with barricade the effected area. All the information would be correct and inform at least twice. Dont try to rescue and first aid your self until further instruction. ______________ . . .. . .

Knowledge Factor Keep remember the escape route (location map placed on rooms, mess hall, recreation room, mosques etc) Name YOU ARE HEREKeep remember the locations of fire extinguisher, fire buckets and muster point.Always submit the T card on security check post on camp/site.

Be Sure Always ware hard hats, safety goggles, safety boots and coverall mandatory as per nature of job at worksite. Safety gloves, ear plugs & dust mask use if require. Always follow the sign instructions.Dont wear open shoes/ slipper in camp area due to (Snake bite and scorpions hazard)Summer session keep drinking sufficient water / juices to preserve dehydration.

Before starting the JOBMake ensure following instruction before starting workInvolve in Tool Box Talk before starting the job (shift or rotation as well)Self Identification of hazard analysis & risk assessment.Make sure the tools and equipments in proper condition and as per the job requirement. Right tool for right job (follow checklist)Ensure the PPE is in good condition, if damage or defected, report to supervisor for further inspection.Keep identifying & monitoring the changing conditions during job.Ensure the First Aid & Emergency Handling equipment availability during job. . . . . . . . .

Vehicle and Equipment InspectionDrivers and operators are requested to ensure use/operate the vehicles or equipment after the daily inspection through checklist and properly sign by supervisor. Driver has to perform visual visit of the vehicle after reached at site.Safety person and first aider must be available with the accessible location with fully equipped. Everyone at work site or Camp area has obligation to STOP any unsafe work. . . .

8Safe Access On SiteEveryone should follow their step and using pedestrian path while walk in/out.Ensure proper housekeeping, keep site tidy and place trash bins on accessible places. Holes are protected with clearly marked and fixed covers to prevent falls.Good lighting and visibility.Make proper and safe way to entre working vehicle or equipments. Vehicle should have third party inspected and having all safety equipment installed. Improper sitting in vehicles and smoking, use of mobile is strictly prohibited during traveling and during driving. Horseplay, prank and fighting is strictly prohibited.

9All excavations deeper than 1.25meters or 4 feet MUST be shored or tattyExcavations deeper than 2 meters MUST have a guard rail or barrierBarricade the area first and unauthorized persons are strictly prohibited to access or enter the workplace. Vehicles working too close to the side of the trench or rubble piled on the sides may cause collapseVehicles tipping into the excavation must use stop blocks.Safety person must watches the activity until competition the job.

EXCAVATION WORK.If you want to avoid being buried alive apply these rules:-

10Make sure the excavation is inspected dailyMake sure you know where any underground pipes and cables are before you hit themREMEMBER: There is no safe ground that will not collapseTrench sides can collapse without warningPlace the proper shoring in trench with wooding or hydraulic metallic sheets/plats.Excavated soil/rocks place 3 feet far from the trench. Use proper ladder during entering/exiting the trench. If excavation/trenching is long make proper escape stepping after 20 feet each.
