I have developed “The Big Leap Project” which will make Remed a billion-sized company in 2018. Building the brands is the concept of the project which will focus on top 3 brands (Afunginal, TLC Vita and Liquisone) and developing other brands to achieve the marketing and sales objective. To improve our ethical promotion, I have created the Remed Extended Medical Education for Doctors which has the objective of uplifting the Continuing Medical Education of doctors by expanding their disease management and diagnostic analysis. REMED is a round table discussion program which is intended on expanding the usage of Prednisolone to other diseases and reinforcing the knowledge of the general pediatricians thru a credible speaker and clinical evidences.

OBJECTIVE:

For TLC Vita I have prepared the advertising and promotion plan thru television commercial to create brand awareness in mass media. Aside from our Above-The-Line promotion I have developed a Metrowide School Program which reached 150 schools and 15,000 students within Metropolis. The program was named TLC Vita Tangkad, Talino Challenge which gave the brand a 60% growth rate.

Furthermore I have improved our trade programs to ensure product visibility and availability in 64 Mercury branches nationwide thru Zuellig DMP so that consumers will have a direct access with TLC Vita in the category display.
