A MESSAGE FOR YOU

Generous spirit shines through the Children
Our “Children’s Offering” program is going so great. We witness children’s expression of gratitude to God for all His blessings in giving their weekly offering to God. Some envelopes contain not only their monetary offering but also their petitions, thanksgiving and kind acts of love. During the offertory, I see many faces are beaming in seeing our children walking down the aisles to give their offering to God. Some are walking quietly with pious looks, some are running and jumping… but all of them have huge smiles on their faces. Certainly we experience “God loves a cheerful giver” in our children.
Here are some of the examples of the messages of the children. (Quoted directly from the students)
I pray for the people that are sick
Thank you God for making us save; Prayers for the world peace
Thank you God for keep me safe. I love you God.
Lord pray for the people who were shoot in las Vegas and all the people who are fighting for hunger and all the animals too.

The Feast of Santo Niño is celebrated across the Philippine Archipelago and by the Philippino Catholics all
over the globe. Santo Niño is the first image of Catholicism that was brought to our country, where our faith
traditions have flourished. It unites the Philippinos everywhere in prayer, adoration and in showcasing our
cultural heritage. In the same spirit and enthusiasm, we would like to invite our Kababayans and other
communities to come celebrate with us and relive the religious festivity and tradition that we all grewup with.

UN MENSAJE PARA USTED
Pg . 7

A Prayer for Generosity
Dear Lord, teach me to be generous,
teach me to serve you as you deserve,
to give and not to count the cost,
to fight and not to heed the wound,
to toil and not to seek for rest,
to labor and not to ask for a reward,
save that of knowing that I do Your will.
~ St. Ignatius of Loyola
Oración para la generosidad
Señor Jesús,
enséñanos a ser generosos,
a servirte como Tú mereces,
a dar sin medida,
a combatir sin temor a las heridas,
a trabajar sin descanso,
sin esperar otra recompensa
que saber que hemos cumplido
Tu santa voluntad.
~ San Ignacio de Loyola

I, the Lord of sea and sky, I have heard My people cry. All who dwell in dark and sin My hand will save. I who make the stars of night, I will make their darkness bright. Who will bear My light to them? Whom shall I send?
Here I am Lord. Is it I, Lord? I have heard You calling in the night. I will go, Lord, if You lead me, I will hold Your people in my heart.
I, the Lord of snow and rain, I have borne My people's pain. I have wept for love of them. They turn away. I will break their hearts of stone, give them hearts for love alone. I will speak My word to them. Whom shall I send?
I, the Lord of wind and flame, I will tend the poor and lame. I will set a feast for them. My hand will save. Finest bread I will provide till their hearts be satisfied. I will give My life to them. Whom shall I send?
You are my Lord. It’s You I adore, And nothing on earth could ever take Your place. Your might humbles every heart, the highest of heavens bow, And nothing on earth could ever take Your place.
And now we see Your Sacrifice, Your greatest gift, our greatest price.
Behold the Lamb of God! Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world!
We will not forget; we will stay awake! We will not abandon the promise that You made!

ACT OF FAITH DURING COMMUNION Lord Jesus Christ, I firmly believe that you are present in this Blessed Sacrament as true God and true Man, with your Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity. My Redeemer and my Judge,
I adore your Divine Majesty together with the angels and saints. I believe, O Lord; increase my faith. COMMUNION ANTIPHON Cf. Ps 23 (22): 5
You have prepared a table before me, and how precious is the chalice that quenches my thirst.
You’re my Prince of Peace and I will live my life for You.
There's nothing worth more that will ever come close. No thing can compare; You're our living hope. Your Presence, Lord.
I've tasted and seen of the sweetest of loves, where my heart becomes free and my shame is undone, in Your Presence, Lord.
Holy Spirit, You are welcome here; Come flood this place and fill the atmosphere; Your glory, God, is what our hearts long for, To be overcome by your Presence, Lord. Your Presence, Lord.
Let us become more aware of Your Presence; Let us experience the glory of Your goodness. Lord.
