Food for Fines

Bring in a non-perishable food item during the month of November

and receive $1.00 off your library fines. One food item is equal to

$1.00 of fines. We will take off up to $5.00 in fines. This only applies

to River Grove fines. All donated items will be given to the River

Grove Food Pantry.

Holiday Card Making

Christmas will soon be upon us. Why not get a jump on your Holiday

cards? Join us on November 15 at noon, and create six personalized,

home-made cards. All supplies are provided. This is an adult only

event. Please call the library to register.

Book Club

The Book Group pick for November is Unless by Carol Shields. Join us for a lively discussion over cookies and tea on Monday, November 24, at 7:00 p.m. Copies of the book are available for

pick up at the library. Please register in person or by phone 708-453-4484. Drop-ins are also welcome.
