Work list for Resource Manager: Resource Managers get a work list with project roles that need to be staffed. The work list includes filter mechanisms.
Staffing Process: Resource management supports a multi-level staffing process. Resource managers receive personalized information telling which project roles need to be staffed. You are able to delegate the responsibility for project staffing to other resource managers within the company, e.g. in case where a regional resource manager is only allowed to search locally and hands over to a global resource manager for staffing on an international base.
Alerts for Resource Management: Exception-based alerts inform resource managers in their inbox or on their mobile device in case a threshold value was exceeded, e.g. a resource’s availability is exceeded or a project role is not fully staffed.
Enhancements in search result list: In the search result list (table view) for each candidate the location and cost rate will be displayed.
