The PQP tool is a predictive model that uses sensor data from all machines in a production line as input to predict whether the quality requirements for the product are met for every individual product. Currently, Quality Engineers spend much time on quality checks and backtracking causes of inferior quality. With the PQP tool, they can reduce the time spend on these activities so that they can work on more complex problems, resulting in improved product quality and a reduction of costs. The PQP tool analyses sensor data of the production process to predict how unique products score on quality parameters. This insight enables manufacturers to reduce quality control and setup time. Product Quality Prediction (PQP) Tool

In mass production lines, quality must be checked regularly to avoid malfunctioning products hitting the market. Quality checks are time consuming and therefore costly.

The PQP tool is a predictive model that uses sensor data from all machines in a production line as input to predict whether the quality requirements for the product are met for every individual product.

Currently, Quality Engineers spend much time on quality checks and backtracking causes of inferior quality. With the PQP tool, they can reduce the time spend on these activities so that they can work on more complex problems, resulting in improved product quality and a reduction of costs.
