Fun With Fills

Fill Color > Fill Effects > Picture Tab > Select Picture > (Navigate to image file) > Insert > OK(Note the option buttons – to lock aspect ratio of image and to make it turn with the object)

Picture Fills add fun(ctionality)…for instance, you can’t add 3D Styles to Images – but you CAN to Filled AutoShapes. So this is simply a Rectangle with a Picture Fill, then I’ve added a 3D Style to it with Perspective turned on

Rounded Corner Boxes

Fill Color > Fill Effects > Picture Tab > Select Picture > (Navigate to image file) > Insert > OK

Note the option buttons – to lock aspect ratio of image and to make it turn with the object)

Rounded corner boxes seem to be all the rage in design these days – and people think you have to go into Photoshop to make them, saving out as PNG – but you don’t - use filled AutoShapes instead!
