BLOWER TABLE INCLUDES RESISTANCE FOR BASE UNIT ONLY WITH DRY INDOOR COIL & AIR FILTERS IN PLACE.FOR ALL UNITS ADD:
1 − Wet indoor coil air resistance of selected unit.2 − Any factory installed options air resistance (heat section, economizer, etc.)3 − Any field installed accessories air resistance (duct resistance, diffuser, etc.)
Then determine from blower table blower motor output and drive required.See Pages 32−33 for wet coil and option/accessory air resistance data.MINIMUM AIR VOLUME REQUIRED FOR USE WITH OPTIONAL ELECTRIC HEAT −LCA156H units require 5200 cfm (2455 L/s) minimum air with electric heat. −All other LCA units require 6000 cfm (2830 L/s) minimum air with electric heat. −LHA units with 15, 22.5, 30 or 45 kW electric heat require 6400 cfm (3020 L/s) minimum air. −LHA units with 60 or 90 kW electric heat require 7000 cfm (3305 L/s) minimum air.
Air TOTAL STATIC PRESSURE Inches Water Gauge (Pa)AirVolume
*Using total air volume and system static pressure requirements determine from blower performance tables rpm and motor output required. Maximum usable output of motorsfurnished by Lennox are shown. In Canada, nominal motor output is also maximum usable motor output. If motors of comparable output are used, be sure to keep within the servicefactor limitations outlined on the motor nameplate.
FACTORY INSTALLED OPTIONS/FIELD INSTALLED ACCESSORY AIR RESISTANCE
*Throw is the horizontal or vertical distance an airstream travels on leaving theoutletor diffuser before the maximum velocity is reduced to 50 ft. (15 m) perminute. Four sides open.
