IMPORTANT COURSE PROTOCOLS

ATTENDANCE

Classes will start at 10:00AM. All students

coming in after 10:05AM will be marked late

responsible for catching up for work

they missed due to absences.

permitted to make up for exams or quizzes that they

miss unless it is a genuine reason, like an illness or

death in the family

UNIFORM

BOYS: White shirt and black pants

GIRLS: White hijab and black abaya

Please ensure a neat and clean

uniform

COME PREPARED TO CLASS!

Please ensure students bring appropriate books, homework

folders & required stationary, to take full benefit of class

time

LUNCH TIMEStudents will be responsible to

clean up after themselves, parental reminders will be helpful

along with training from staff

HOMEWORK PLANNERIt works as an agenda for

students and a communication tool between teachers and

parents

Students are responsible to attempt homework completion on

their own

Parents must ensure that the child`s

homework is complete

Parents must help child in understanding

concepts and memorization

child has had breakfast

So the child has energy for

throughout the day

If you want the child to buy lunch from school then send the money with the child or

give it to the teacher before class.

Parents must pick up child before

2:15PM Al-Huda Staff is not

responsible for child after 2:15PM. Please decide a location for pick up

with your child
