In celebration of mental health week, Good Shepherd, Hamilton Centre for Civic Inclusion, YWCA and Hamilton Public Health Services are excited to invite you to join us at our 4th Annual Multicultural Wellness Fair! The Multicultural Wellness Fair is a multi-agency partnering initiative that aims to reach out to culturally diverse populations in Hamilton during the national annual Mental Health Week. At the fair, different cultural performances and food will be presented, providing an opportunity for attendees to appreciate Hamilton's diverse cultures as well as hear the stories and voices of people who will share their experience. This event is free for anyone to attend. The Multicultural Wellness Fair will be held on Saturday May 7, 2016 from 10:30 am to 2:30 pm at the David Braley Health Science Centre, 100 Main Street West, Hamilton

In Celebration of Mental Health Week, the Multicultural Wellness Fair Committee

is presenting the 2016 Logo Contest.

We are striving to reach out to the greater community to discover individuals who have artistic talent and are

interested in creating a logo that will represent the Annual Multicultural Wellness Fairs.

Rules & Guidelines1. The logo must demonstrate Multiculturalism & Wellness 2. Each individual must write a short summary of the meaning

behind the Logo they have created. 3. All entries must be scanned & submitted via email no

later than April 30th, 2016 to [email protected]. Please include in your submission your full name and contact

information that we can use to contact you. 5. Entrees will be showcased at our Annual Multicultural

Wellness Fair on Saturday, May 7th, 2016. 6. All participants who attend the Multicultural Wellness Fair

can vote on their favorite Logo. 7. The Logo contest winner will be announced at the end of the

Multicultural Wellness Fair & will receive a prize!
