Please note: Work is turned with 3 chain stitches, that replaces 1 double crochet. Every other row is worked in the back loops of the stitches, i. e. rows 2, 4, 6, and so on.

1. Make a mr. Ch 3 and 8 dc into the ring. (9)
2. This row is worked in bl. Ch 3 and turn work. 1 dc in same st, 2 dc in every st to end of row. (18)

11. Do NOT turn. Ch 1, sc around the top edge of the bib and the buttonhole “snip” (along the neckline). When you have worked around the ”snip”, you can continue sc all around the edge, end with a sl st into the first sc.
Or make a picot edge along the lower edge of the bib like so: * Ch 2, sl st into the 2nd st from the hook, skip 1 st, sc in next st *. Repeat between ** around the edge and end with a sl st into the first sc of the top edge.
Sew the button to the corner opposite the buttonhole “snip”.
