For the past few weeks, we have asked employees for Unsung Heroes nominees, now we are reaching out to you again. Two awards are nomination based this year, the Unsung Hero and now the Top Calls for 2010! The Employee Recognition Team, along with the Lead Team, will select 3 Top Call’s from the nominations received from employees. All three Top Calls will be highlighted at the Employee Recognition Event and the top selection will be announced during the evening. The Employee Recognition Committee is asking employees to recall the Top Calls from 2010. A Top Call would be something above and beyond a “normal” call for service. Nominations will be based upon performance either on scene or over the phone – a call with outstanding scene/phone management. Nominated calls should be the most notable calls from the past year. If you would like to nominate a call for a 2010 Top Call, please provide the following to your immediate Supervisor by 5 pm, Friday, May 13 th ! All Top Call nominations will then be reviewed by your supervisor before being submitted to the Employee Recognition Team for approval.
