10 Student feedback mechanism on

Institutional Governance/faculty Performance

The student being the key element in the educational system, their views and feedback are gathered through a predefined questionnaire, analyzed and put into action, for larger academic benefit to the student and the faculty. A student feedback form and faculty performance appraisal is implemented once in a semester. The feedback is taken positively for improving the performance at all the corners. The student welfare committee meets once in a every semester.

Medical facilities Available Student Insurance Institute follows University’s group insurance

scheme.

19 Students Activity Body Student’s committees are formed for various activities. And these committees are guided by faculty members.

Cultural activities Apart from the co-curricular activities, the

Institute promotes the extra curricular activities for overall development of the students. It normally includes, Annual Gathering, IT Event, Quiz, Ad-Show, Fresher welcome party, Farewell party, Guest Lectures, Seminars, Workshops, Sports week, etc.

Festa’ from year 2000. IT Festa is a multidimensional activity comprising of various IT Event viz. Software Exhibition, Programming Contest, IT Quiz, Paper Presentation, etc.

Industrial Visits / Tours Department organizes an IT Tour. This

includes visit to IT/ Software company and to learn about the process of that organization.
