Building the Future

Current Activities this Week: Site/Playing field/Bowl: Grading on plaza is onging. Seating installation is ongoing. Concrete retaining walls installation is ongoing. Concrete stair pouring and forming is ongoing.

Concrete Flatwork: East side walk pours are ongoing. Slab at bottom of Stair 1 will be complete. South concrete walk will be complete.

Masonry: Block installation at NW transformer area to be ongoing. Sealing and final wash of block is nearly complete. Finishing concourse exterior walls is ongoing.

Stone: NW elevation stone is complete. Stone on field face of Stadium Suite is ongoing. Cast stone installation is ongoing.

Steel: Bowl handrail is ongoing.

Roofing and Sheet metal: Gutter shrouds at canopy gutter are complete. Canopy deck flashing installation is ongoing. Coping cap installation at concourse is nearly complete. Metal panels on East elevation are ongoing. Metal panels on north mezz interior soffit are ongoing. Concession metal panel installation is ongoing.

Building the Future

Polycarbonate: Area 2- Polycarbonate installation is ongoing. Area 3- Polycarbonate installation is ongoing. Metal Stud Framing/Drywall/Ceilings: Area 3-Drywall installation and finishing will be complete. DAFS installation is nearly complete. Ceiling grid installation is ongoing on all levels. Ceiling tile is ongoing in all levels of Area 1. Stud framing in NW First Aid area is complete. Supporter’s Club interior soffits are complete.

Glass/Doors/Hardware: Installation of storefronts at Main Concourse retail buildings will be complete. Installation of Press level Solar innovation sliders is ongoing. Installation of Supporter’s Club curtain wall is ongoing. Installation of hollow metal doors and hardware will be complete. Installation of wood doors is complete on Suite and is ongoing on Press. MEP: Ductwork installation is ongoing on the East side field level. Plumbing rough in is ongoing on the East side field level. Fixtures and devices installation in Area 1 is nearly complete. Area 1-installation of toilet fixtures is complete. Tie -in of canopy gutters to downspouts is ongoing. North scoreboard module installation is complete. South ad panel installation is ongoing. Installation of speakers/lights in ceiling tiles are ongoing on all levels. Installation of light fixtures in concourse bathrooms is ongoing. MEP connections of concession equipment is ongoing. All rooftop units will be operating. Site electrical branch conduits are ongoing. Large underground Plaza conduit installation is ongoing.

Elevators:. P1 installation is ongoing.

Installed kitchen accessories.

Installed curtain wall at Supporter’s Club.

Seat install is nearly complete on West side.

Building the Future

Painting: Area 3 – Field level paint is ongoing. Area 1-Painting on Press and Suite is complete. Area 1-Painting of the Main Concourse West tower is ongoing. Sealing of exposed concrete floors is ongoing. Painting of field walls is nearly complete. Painting of stage is complete. Painting of hollow metal doors is ongoing. Tile/Carpet/Finishes: Tile installation in club areas at Suite and Press levels is nearly complete. Tile in Owner’s Suites is ongoing. Carpet installation in Suite corridor is nearly complete. Tile in VIP Entrance is ongoing. Tile in Field Club is complete. Wood base installation is nearly complete in Suite and Press. Carpet on Press Level is ongoing. Food Service: Installation of beer towers is ongoing. Equipment install is ongoing in all areas. Installation of beer lines is complete. Caulking and completion of Commissary will be complete. Projected Activities occurring next Week: Concrete Flatwork: South walk will be complete. Plaza flatwork will begin. Stone/masonry: Final cleaning of masonry will be complete. Stone at Stadium Suite will be complete. Stone in Plaza will be ongoing.

Steel: Terrace Bar steel will be installed.

Roofing and Sheet metal: Installation of metal panels at concessions to be ongoing. Installation of coping cap at concourse roof to be ongoing. Installation of metal panels at north mezz soffit will be ongoing. Metal Stud Framing/drywall soffits: Ceiling grid installation to be complete in Area 1. Drywall will begin in First Aid area. Glass: Area 1 - Aluminum door frame installation to be ongoing. Installation of storefronts at Main Concourse buildings to be complete. Installation of Solar innovation sliders at back of suites on Press level to be ongoing. MEP: Domestic water will be live. Energizing mechanical equipment for commissioning/start up will be ongoing. Installation of traffic and network fiber will be ongoing. Installation of building network will be ongoing. Plaza electrical underground will be ongoing. Scoreboard/AV rack terminations will be ongoing. Coolers will be turned on.

Paint: Painting at Field level to be ongoing. Sealing of concrete floors to be ongoing. Painting of bowl and hallow metal doors will be complete. Painting of Supporter’s Club cable tray will be complete. Tile/Carpet: Carpet in Press Suites will be ongoing. Carpet in Press Club will be ongoing. Site/Playing Field: Plaza electrical installation will be ongoing. Plaza grading will be complete. Concrete stairs and retaining wall installation will be ongoing.
