Pekanbaru city drainage systems generally use a gravity system that depends on the topography. The topography that relatively flat causes the rainwater drainage system cannot occur properly. Parameter of drainage system problem handling planned by the decision-maker system called Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) based on four criteria: technical, economic, environmental, and social / cultural. The results of the analysis with the AHP Expert Choice 2000 program found the most influential criteria was technical criteria, with a 47.9% level of technical criteria, economic criteria 30.8%, environmental criteria 11.2%, and the social / cultural criteria 10.1%. Priority areas in the handling of the drainage system is: Purwodadi Ujung Perumahan Teratai Indah with the percentage level of 53,1%, Jalan Soekarno Hatta (Pasar Pagi Arengka intersection) 31,0%, and Jalan Riau Ujung (Jalan Riau Ujung – Jalan Soekarno Hatta intersection) 15,9%. The most influence sub-criteria in determining the priority handling of the drainage system are: the capacity of the drainage system network, the availability of budget to funding the annual O & M of drainage systems, coverage of area services, and management and maintenance of drainage infrastructure. Keywords: analytical hierarchy process, expert choice, Priority PENDAHULUAN Kota Pekanbaru yang tingkat kemajuannya sangat pesat terus melakukan pembangunan dan aktivitas perekonomian yang tinggi sangat memerlukan sistem drainase yang baik. Sistem drainase Kota Pekanbaru memanfaatkan saluran alami yang ada, seperti, sungai, rawa, dan lain-lain. Beberapa saluran alami tersebut memerlukan perbaikan, seperti perkerasan, turap, dan normalisasi aliran. Sistem drainase Kota Pekanbaru umumnya menggunakan sistem gravitasi yang tergantung pada kondisi topografi. Kondisi topografi Pekanbaru yang relatif datar menyebabkan sistem pengaliran air hujan tidak berfungsi dengan optimal. Dalam penelitian ini difokuskan pada WP-V yang terdiri dari Kecamatan Marpoyan Damai, Kecamatan Tampan, dan Kecamatan Payung Sekaki sebagai Wilayah Pengembangan pusat kegiatan Pendidikan Tinggi, kawasan permukiman, pusat kegiatan industri kecil, kawasan perkantoran, kawasan pemerintahan, dan kawasan perdagangan yang diidentifikasi mempunyai permasalahan sistem drainase yang menimbulkan genangan. Dalam penentuan prioritas penanganan masalah sistem drainase, analisis keputusan dapat dibantu dengan analisa secara kuantitatif yaitu dengan Sistem Pendukung Pengambilan Keputusan (SPPK) yang ditinjau dari beberapa parameter yang mempengaruhi agar penanganan masalah drainase tersebut dapat sesuai dengan kondisi
