It is with great happiness that I announce to the world that Jeunesse Global is now a proud member of the US Direct Selling Association (DSA). This has been a goal of mine for many years, and when I finally announced this on stage June 18, I was overcome with emotion. The reason this membership is so important to me is that the DSA stamp of approval epitomizes credibility, integrity, and good ethics in our industry–these are the very core values that Randy and I so strongly believe in. As Distributors, you should be proud that Jeunesse, your company, passed all of the qualifications with flying colors and that you can now share this with your teams and new prospects, bringing you even more credibility with your choice of company and product.

ABOUT THE DSA

DSA members must agree to follow a comprehensive ethics code that commits them to fair business practices in dealing with consumers and Distributors. The rules are far-reaching, covering such issues as buyback policies, inventory loading, earnings representations, and deceptive recruiting practices. DSA

members are companies that manufacture or deal in goods or services intended to reach the consumer through a personal sales contact.

The cornerstone of the DSA commitment to ethical business practices and consumer service is its Code of Ethics. Every member company pledges to abide by the code's standards and procedures as a condition of admission and continuing membership in the DSA. The DSA Code of Ethics speaks to both the consumer and the seller. It ensures that member companies will make no statements or promises that might mislead either consumers or prospective sales people. As many of you already know, Jeunesse recently welcomed Darren Jensen onboard as the Company’s new Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing. Staff writer Laura Jacobo had the opportunity to sit down and catch up with Darren, who graciously took time out of his hectic schedule for a brief yet candid one-on-one question and answer session. To find out more about what Darren hopes to bring to Jeunesse in his new role and his thoughts on the future of the Compnay, please continue reading below.

LJ: What do you find most challenging/rewarding about working in this industry?DJ: What I find most rewarding about working for Jeunesse is that every day, I have the opportunity to associate with incredible people. Our field leaders from all over the world are dynamic and passionate about changing and improving lives, and our employees are dedicated and committed to servicing our Distributors. I also get the opportunity to travel the world, meeting new and interesting people and discovering new technologies that improve lives. As far as I am concerned, there is nothing that I would rather be doing.

LJ: What sort of goals or plan do you have as the new Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing and how do you endeavor to achieve them?DJ: My vision is to make Jeunesse the most admired company on the planet by doing the following:

1. Bringing laser focus on acquiring revolutionary and patented technology into our product line. I want Jeunesse to be known throughout the world as the leader of cutting-edge, anti-aging technologies.

2. Telling the story of the incredible technologies in such a way that Distributors worldwide can use and duplicate it.

3. Improving communication, especially between the Corporate office and field, and the field with their teams.

4. Creating a culture within Jeunesse that inspires Distributors to stay with the Company.

LJ: What where your first impressions of Jeunesse?DJ: My first impressions of Jeunesse were very positive. I could easily recognize that Jeunesse is destined for success. I was impressed with the incredible technology, passionate founders, dedicated employees, and incredible field leaders. I have had the opportunity to be part of massive momentum with several companies in my career, and this has enabled me to be able develop a special insight to recognize which companies are on the cusp of greatness–I see that greatness in Jeunesse.

LJ: As an industry expert, what sorts of trends do you see taking place right now in the market and how do you see Jeunesse positioned to take advantage of these trends over the next five years?DJ: With the advent of cutting-edge technologies like stem cells, DNA repair, nutrigenomics, and nanotechnology, which all have clinically proven and demonstrable results, I see that the divide between pharmaceutical and nutraceutical/cosmeceutical technology will be increasingly blurry. Jeunesse will be incorporating these technologies into the product line and thereby positioning itself at the forefront of the anti-aging movement.

Over the last 20 years in this industry, I have had the opportunity to travel to over 70 countries and meet with tens of

thousands of Distributors. It is very interesting to me that no matter the country, the culture, or the language, the questions and challenges faced by Distributors are very similar. I am frequently asked, “How is it that some Distributors make a lot of money and others do not?” I have given this seemly perplexing question considerable thought and have come to the conclusion that in order to succeed in this industry, one must make a choice about how to run their business.

A new Distributor has the option of running their business in two different ways: as an amateur or as a professional. An amateur Distributor is typically someone who is inexperienced or unskilled and engages in an activity for pleasure rather than for financial benefit. A professional Distributor on the other hand is someone who does something as a means of livelihood or for gain. Typically, I have found that 99 percent of Distributors approach this profession as amateurs and only 1 percent as professionals.

In order to be successful, a new Distributor needs to make the decision to run their Jeunesse business as a professional. This means that they need to take the time to learn and become proficient at the skills necessary to recruit, duplicate, and retain their downline. Unfortunately, the majority of Distributors are unwilling to make the effort and necessary sacrifices to become proficient; sadly, it appears that most would prefer to prioritize their time unwisely, choosing instead to engage in other, non-business related activities.

To become a professional Distributor, one needs to be proficient in at least four basic skills. Once these skills are mastered, they can then move on to more advanced skills. The basic skill set needed is the following:

1. Overcome any fear or shyness about public speaking and develop good interpersonal communication

2. Effectively work a candidate list3. Learn how to invite4. Learn how to follow-up

As a Distributor focuses on mastering these basic skills, I am confident they will experience a dramatic improvement in their money-making ability.

Dear Jeunesse Distributors,

The past few months have been absolutely tremendous for Jeunesse with respect to all the global momentum that is taking place in different parts of the world. As of recently, I have had the opportunity to travel throughout Asia, where we are truly creating something special with Jeunesse, a name that is being spread throughout the industry like wildfire. There are also some very exciting things happening throughout Europe and Latin America. At just 21 months young, we have been able to expand the Company throughout over 50 countries up to date. Our international expansion efforts and the global platform we present are two qualities that are creating a true competitive advantage for Jeunesse and all of our loyal global Distributors.

There have been many events taking place from the United States, to Canada, to the UK, to Taiwan, to Korea, and including places such as Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Singapore, and many other countries around the globe. Since the last Jeunesse Explorer Newsletter, there has definitely been a lot of progress on the operational side of the business as well. Our Jeunesse Thailand office officially opened on the 9th of May and is fully operational with eight employees on staff. All third-party logistics and local commission wiring methods are fully setup. The Jeunesse Thailand Pre-Launch Event has been officially scheduled for August 14,

2011 in Bangkok. Our Country Manager, Lawan Wateprasertwong, can be reached directly at [email protected]. (Please note that the Jeunesse website will be completely available in Thai [Front Side and Back Office] within the coming days.) It was just announced last week that the magazine Power Network has chosen Jeunesse Global as one of the “Top Ten Largest Potential MLM Companies” in the country! We certainly hope to see you and your teams when we kick off the pre-launch festivities in Thailand shortly!

Vietnam is also a quickly progressing market–all three of our products are now registered and locally stocked for immediate distribution. We also have the local commission wiring process fully functional. Kim Hui, Diamond Director, just completed three very exciting events throughout this wonderful country and we expect BIG things from Vietnam. I will be traveling to Vietnam in August, after our Thailand Pre-Launch Event, to personally make the final decision on our Jeunesse Vietnam office location as well as the General Manager. If you know anyone or have contacts in Vietnam, please make sure to put them in touch with myself or our local Operations Manager, Mr. Tran Anh. He can be reached directly through his email account at [email protected]. Please also note that the Jeunesse Vietnam website will be completely available in Vietnamese in the coming days.

Another market that has just recently pre-launched is our Jeunesse Canada market. Our Jeunesse Canada Pre-Launch Event just took place June 11 in Vancouver, British Columbia and was attended by local leader Gail Boone as well as Executive VP of Business Development, Kyle Copeland. We had a good turnout for the event and we expect lots of momentum to be generated out of this important meeting. The latest country that we have been working on developing and setting-up legal framework for is Malaysia. Last week, we hired our General Manager for Jeunesse Malaysia and Singapore to oversee this region and make it a spectacular success. Mr. Paul Lim comes with a tremendous track record and has over 20 years of industry experience; he can be reached at [email protected]. We expect to have the full legal process completed for Malaysia within the

next 30-45 days, and will begin the process of selecting an office location soon after. Malaysia is a rapidly expanding market for Jeunesse and we have placed a great deal of priority on making sure it is fully operational by the time the MLM license is complete in 45 days. Please keep posted for upcoming news announcements regarding this market.

Myself, as well as some of the other members of the Jeunesse Executive Team, will be making a trip to Southeast Asia in mid-August to attend the Jeunesse Thailand Pre-Launch Event, in addition to some other events in Vietnam, Indonesia, and Malaysia. Please be sure to let all of your contacts and team members know that Jeunesse Global is on the rise throughout Southeast Asia! We also have the MOMENTUM International Conference being held in Orlando, Florida September 16–17, 2011. I have to inform you that there are going to be some announcements taking place in September that will absolutely revolutionize the network marketing industry and create a significant paradigm shift in the MLM world! Make sure to stay tuned for this important news and prepare to join us on this amazing jouney. Distributor expectations of a DSA member company are as follows:

• provide you with accurate information about the company’s compensation plan, products, and sales methods;

• describe the relationship between you and the company in writing;

• be accurate in any comparisons about products, services, or opportunities;

• refrain from any unlawful or unethical recruiting practices and exorbitant entrance or training fees;

• ensure that you are not just buying products solely to qualify for downline commissions;

• ensure that any materials marketed to you by others in the sales force are consistent with the company’s policies, are reasonably priced, and have the same return policy as the company’s;

• require you to abide by the requirements of the Code of Ethics;

• safeguard your private information;• provide adequate training to help you

operate ethically; • base all actual and potential sales and

earnings claims on documented facts; • encourage you to purchase only the

inventory you can sell in a reasonable amount of time;

• repurchase marketable inventory and sales aids you have purchased within the past 12 months at 90 percent or more of your original cost if you decide to leave the business;

• explain the repurchase option in writing; and

• have reasonable start-up fees and costs.

HISTORY OF THE DSA

• Founded in 1910, the DSA is the granddaddy of the MLM industry.

• The DSA has approximately 200 member companies in the United States.

• DSA representatives travel tens of thousands of miles every year to meet and testify before state legislatures on network marketing issues.

• The association is also called on to give input on pending legislation in the areas of consumer protection and ethical trade practices, including anti-pyramid laws, rules on in-home solicitations, and business opportunity registration laws.

• One by one, the DSA has assisted states in modernizing pyramid and MLM distribution statute laws, in particular to recognize the legitimacy of personal use of products and services by Distributors for MLM and Direct Selling companies in the same way that sales of products and services to non-participant retail Customers is recognized as “Retail Sales.”

Vincent C. Giampapa, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a Board Certified Plastic Reconstructive Surgeon and Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is Director of the Plastic Surgery Center Internationalé and The Giampapa Institute for Anti-Aging Medical Therapy in Montclair, New Jersey.

Dr. Giampapa is internationally recognized as an innovator in new cosmetic and surgical techniques, and instrumentation, as well as a pioneer in the field of anti-aging medicine

He received his M.D. degree from Mt. Sinai Medical School in New York, New York and continued his medical training in plastic surgery. Upon completion of his plastic surgical training, he completed a year of microsurgery and hand fellowship at New York University Medical Center. Dr. Giampapa is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and has served as Research Fellow for such other prestigious institutes as Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York City, New York. He was also the Director of Microsurgery and Re-plantation Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. He is published in numerous academic journals, including Annals of Plastic Surgery, Journal of Plastic Reconstructive Surgery, Journal of Reconstructive Microsurgery, and Journal of Anti- Aging Medicine.

A founding member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, Dr. Giampapa served as the first President of the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine. He is also one of the firstBoard Certified anti-aging physicians in the world. He is the author of the firstand only medical textbook on anti-aging medicine and age management for aesthetic surgeons and has authored five

consumer titles on the topic, including: Breaking the Aging Code and The Anti-Aging Solution: 5 Simple Steps to Looking and Feeling Young.

Dr. Giampapa has also served as a consultant for NASA. He has been awarded over a dozen patents from the United States Government for unique cell culture delivery techniques, as well as new drug delivery systems and surgical instrument designs.

Jeunesse has developed a unique product based on the beneficial effects of key growth factors that are naturally produced from human stem cells. Along with these growth factors, the combination of specific sunscreen protection agents has resulted in a truly remarkable product.

One of the key contributors to skin aging is daily sun exposure. During the earlier years of her life, Tina worked for a state-owned corporation in China and had very little experience in sales and market-ing. Following a broken marriage, she was forced to work the “long-hours-for-low-pay” type jobs due to the lack of financial support. Then, about five years ago, Tina had a chance to meet Kim Hui, by far one of the most successful MLM Distributors in the world, and became inspired by her personal philosophy and success story.

In 2009, she joined Jeunesse under Kim’s leadership, and since then, has received a tremendous amount of help from Kim and her other team members as well. After just 18 months of hard work, Tina’s team has grown to contain thousands of members in more than 20 countries. She has witnessed countless numbers of team members, including her, gain serious financial freedom, which has in turn, lead to a healthier life. Throughout this journey, she has learned the skills necessary to become a good leader, including how to present ideas, communicate with others, and take the initiative to get things done.

Tina has also developed some savvy business wisdom of her own that she likes to use as a guideline to help grow her business:

Objectives–I develop objectives that help me and other people live a healthier, more financially stable lifestyle. One of my future objectives, for example, is to let more people know about Jeunesse’s amazing products and wonderful business opportunity.

Persistence–The most attractive part of this business is that the effort you put in accumu-lates. Just like writing a novel, you may need to dedicate lots of time and effort initially, but once you’re finished writing and the book gets published, you can sell it to millions of people without changing the contents. The rewards from your efforts are continually growing, which is why I insist on never giving up.

Teamwork–I try to always maintain good communication with new team members and give them clear expectations. Key is helping them understand how the products and business work, and the importance of contrib-uting back to the team as a whole. I provide them with not just one, but many opportuni-ties to help other team members develop their skills. Lastly, I make sure to recognize them for their contributions.

Thanet and Anusara love the network market-ing industry because it has provided them with the opportunity to become successful. So far, they have earned a substantial income with Jeunesse, which has given them the ability to do all the things they’ve always dreamed of doing. Jason’s sponsor Kim Hui did a great job of initially piquing his interest in the Company. The simplicity with which the e-commerce business model operates, making it incredibly easy to purchase and share products, was also enticing for him. Coupled with the unique and cutting-edge science behind the products, which promises to remain a breakthrough in the field of anti-aging, Jason found the urge to join Jeunesse irresistible. If he hasn’t already done so, a pat on the back is much deserved right about now, for his hard work has paid off and the rewards plan has been very generous to him thus far. Yet business building has always been about more than just making money for him. Jason, a compassionate soul who has always been drawn towards helping others, found it easy to align his personal goals with Jeunesse’s mission as a company. Steve and Stefanie have been members of the network marketing community for over two decades. Cici accepted her first invitation to a Jeunesse seminar with much skepticism, after having been introduced through her friend Helen Zhang, who would later be her sponsor. She had absolutely no interest in becoming involved in an MLM company, and besides, she already had so many other things to do, including missionary work with a local church and volunteer work with a charitable foundation.

Yet, she went to the seminar anyway to support her friend. To her surprise, Cici discovered it was actually her husband that supported her interest in Jeunesse in the beginning. He was quick to point out that this was a ground floor opportunity to invest in a new company and the products had high marketability–products that would be beneficial to many people. Her husband’s previous knowledge about the benefits of both resveratrol and the adult stem cell technology behind Jeunesse’s products boosted Cici’s confidence in the Company’s capabilities.

It wasn’t long before Cici had a substantial downline. Though everyone has their own particular way they like to run their business–a special approach that works for them–Cici believes that taking the right actions, believing in herself, and keeping her commitments are what contributed to the great success of her business. A computer software graduate from Shanghai University (1989), Cici’s had reoccurring roles on television shows and has worked to host many events, large and small, including a US talk show and a radio show. She is currently working on a project to help host another television show, which will be completed sometime next year. In addition to acting, Cici is also a gospel singer and is preparing for a big charity concert this September. When Cici isn’t busy working her Jeunesse business, she’s spending time with her family, volunteering with a local foundation, and participating in church-based activities.

Being a leader is not about convincing people to do what you want them to do–for Topher Allen, it’s about inspiring them to be the very best they can be. This may sound like an everyday cliché, but Topher has discovered that for the most part, people learn more by watching what you do than by listening to what you say. By actually taking the time to make himself available to his downline and picking up the phone for a quick chat whenever possible, he hopes to set a good example for others. Indeed, these have both proven to be invaluable practices for Topher, and he encourages others to do the same.

Like many, Topher’s involvement with Jeunesse resulted from a conversation between him and his sponsor Gina, whom he’s known for many years through other business dealings. But, he can’t give Gina all the credit. His father has actually had the most positive impact on his business career by far, including Jeunesse Global. From the time he was a young boy, his father groomed him for success by involving

Question # 1: I am very careful when it comes to selecting products for personal consumption and am curious to know if your products are tested on animals.

Answer # 1: No, none of Jeunesse’s products are tested on animals.

Question # 2: Are the stems cells used to make the LUMINESCE™ product line from animals or human fat cells?

Answer # 2: The stem cells used to make these products are taken from adult human fat, not animal fat cells. Please note: The LUMINESCE™ product line DOES NOT contain actual live stem cells. We use a special protein and nutrient-rich media conditioned by stem cells that contains over 248 growth factors.

Question # 3: When I purchase a Prepaid Autoship order, why do I not immediately see that I have met my monthly qualifica-tion on my main page?

Answer # 3: The most likely reason that you do not see this is because your Prepaid Autoship order will not count towards your monthly qualification until your scheduled Autoship date. For example, if your Autoship is the 1st of every month and you place a Prepaid order on the 15th of that same month, your points will not count towards your monthly qualification until the 1st of the next month, at which point your main page will show “Monthly qualification met.”

Remember, when you place a Prepaid order on your Autoship date (the date your rank requirements need to be met) it will not count towards that month’s Autoship. Instead, the sysem will apply it towards the following month’s Autoship.

Please note: if you miss your Autoship date, you will need to immediately place a

manual Autoship order within the seven-day grace period to keep your points from flushing, and then you may place the Prepaid order. Question # 4: Even though I bought a Founder’s Package over three months ago, I am not a Sapphire anymore. Why?

Answer # 4: The Founder’s Package only qualifies you to be paid as a Sapphire for the first 90 days. During this time, you would need to personally enroll a specific amount of new members and fulfill the Sapphire rank requirements in order to stay at the Sapphire rank following these 90 days.

More specifically, you would need to be a Qualified Executive* with 12 personally enrolled Executives (minimum of 3 in each team) at the end of the 90 days. (If at any time during these 90 days, one of your personally enrolled members had gone into an “Inactive” status, they would not have counted towards your rank qualifica-tions.)

*Qualified Executives are members who have sponsored one person on their right team and one person on the left team who have each accumulated 100 PV points.

Question # 5: I received my replacement Pay Card, but when I attempted to withdrawal funds from a bank institution, I received an error message and could not withdraw the funds. Why did this happen and what should I do?

Answer # 5: It is likely that you received an error because the funds that were on your original Pay Card were never transferred to the new replacement Pay Card. Funds can only be transferred from one Pay Card to another by calling Customer Service at 407-215-7414. Members would need to provide the new Pay Card number to the Customer Service Representative.

Question # 6: Are the Jeunesse products FDA approved?

Answer # 6: No, technically our products have not been approved by the FDA as it is not required for our specific products in the US; however, they have been produced in a FDA-approved lab.

Question # 7: Am I able to change my URL/website name/alias?

Answer # 7: Yes, although you cannot personally change your URL in your Back Office, any of our Customer Service Repre-sentatives are able to change it for you by calling 407-215-7414 between the hours of 7:00 am and 6:00 pm EST.

Question # 8: I was wondering if I will be able to purchase a ticket to the Jeunesse International MOMENTUM Conference this September in Orlando at the door. If so, how much would this cost me?

Answer # 8: Yes, we will be selling tickets to the conference at the door. Your cost depends on which package you want to purchase. We do urge everyone to purchase their tickets in advance to ensure participation in the event. Also, not all packages are available at the door.

Question # 9: A friend of mine residing in England is interested in the business opportunity. Are there any specific documents we have for potential members living in the UK?

Answer # 9: Yes, we have several impor-tant legal documents that new members signing-up in the UK (and in Europe as well) should reference that can be accessed through your Back Office, includ-ing the “UK Distributor Application and Agreement Form,” the “DSA UK Code of Practice for Consumers,” and the “UK Corporate PPT.”

Question # 10: I signed-up a new member a week ago, and then signed-up another new member today. Can I have the person I signed-up a week ago moved below today’s new sign-up in my geneol-ogy placement?

Answer # 10: No, we can only move members from your left team to your right team, or vice versa, within 48 hours of the sign-up as long as the member that is being moved has not already signed-up any new members themselves.
