Dear Jeunesse Distributors,

We recently sat by and watched with profound remorse as Japan underwent

a triple strike against the country and its people: first the earthquake, then

the tsunami, and now the threat of a nuclear disaster. The immediate, as

well as long-term effects of these three deadly disasters are monumental and

it may take Japan decades to recover from the damages left in the aftermath.

So many people have lost their loved ones, homes, vehicles, and livelihoods.

For many, the difficult task of rebuilding their entire lives is just beginning.

We at Jeunesse Global feel that it is important to help these people

reestablish their lives and will be participating in a fundraiser for anyone who

wants to help with the recovery efforts. There is so much suffering and

shortages of food, water, blankets and housing occurring at this time, we

feel confident that every little bit will help. Wendy actually lived in Japan for

two years, and I have been to Japan probably 30 times over the past few

years. We have both come to love the country and the Japanese people very

much. The Japanese are humble and honorable people. Let’s all try to help

them through this tragedy.

Dear Jeunesse Global Distributors,

These past few months will surely be remem-bered in Jeunesse’s history as being the spark that gave rise to the massive momentum that is occurring all around the world. We have been experiencing a surging interest in the Jeunesse opportunity, with many new leaders visiting us here in Orlando to tour our Global Headquarters. Over the past one and a half years, we have spent a great deal of time putting the operational infrastructure in place to support the tremendous growth we are getting ready to witness. From day one, the Jeunesse management team’s vision has been to put together a global platform to shore up the operational side of our business for sustaining long-term international expan-sion efforts and success.

I would like to take the opportunity to update all of our loyal and committed Jeunesse Distributors on the international progress reported below. Mostly, we are extremely excited by the Jeunesse Korea Soft Opening event that just took place on the 12th of April in Seoul. It also gives me great pleasure to announce our newly appointed General Manager of Operations Northern Asia, B.K. Jung. Our new Jeunesse Thailand office lease has been signed with immediate build-out to take place in Bangkok, Thailand. We expect our Jeunesse Thailand office to be fully operational within 30 days time. We are also pleased to announce that Lawan Wateprasertwong is our newly appointed Country Manager for the market. In latest news from Thailand, Jeunesse Global has just received our MLM license as well! It is a very exciting time for Jeunesse in Thailand, as we were also featured on the cover of the Power Network magazine, which is the largest published network marketing magazine in all of Thailand!

I am certain that these updates will show all of our international Distributors just how committed Jeunesse is to making an impres-sive and lasting footprint with our stellar

products and lucrative opportunity. We have a burning passion to make Jeunesse a force and billion dollar brand in the global market-place. • By opting to join Club 180, you may be qualified to receive a $15.00 USD Team Commission Bonus on all Cycles and Matching Bonuses paid!*

Cliff Walker is a proven leader in the network marketing industry, having built large sales organizations (in excess of 100,000 Distribu-tors) throughout Europe and the rest of the world. His background includes sales, sales management, sales recruitment, and sales management training and development. Following his corporate career, Cliff became a successful management consultant, working with clients in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia, the United States, Canada, and throughout Europe, helping to increase sales productivity and developing sales competence.

Since pursuing a career in network marketing, Cliff has achieved the highest position within the companies he has engaged with, becom-ing a top income earner and producer within each company, winning many productivity and performance awards. Not only was Cliff the top income earner with a rapidly growing communications company, where his organi-zation grew to 100,000 Distributors, but he was also the top income earner in Europe and one of the top ten income earners globally with a fuel saving company, where his organi-zation exceeded 60,000 Distributors. Gail and Lynsey have travelled the world extensively as a result of the residual income. Their newfound financial freedom has enabled them to make many great friends all over the world.

Theresa Gregory has been involved in direct sales and marketing for 37 years. As a young mother, she started in the industry to supple-ment the family income and to be able to stay home with her children. On a part-time venture, Theresa found her income was more than her peers who were working full-time. Every company she consulted with fed the desire for them to be a part of a bigger cause. There existed a driving passion to surround herself by like-minded people with a philanthropic desire.

To date, Theresa has had organizations touch every major continent. The industry has given the Gregory’s the time, freedom, and ability to be able to give back to the community. Whether helping with a water project, orphan-ages, or founding an international entrepre-neurial institute, the love and zeal for people has taken her from the jungles of Africa to presidential offices. Theresa has been a keynote speaker at business conferences, and domestic and international conventions. Her mission is to connect and train the next generation of global leaders. I realized the potential that the Jeunesse products and opportunity had to offer me shortly after my wife started applying the LUMINESCE™ cellular rejuvenation serum– after just 30 days she was already experiencing serious results. Then, a personal friend of mine whom I’ve known for 20 years offered to become my sponsor. With the help of several other additional people who took the time to bestow special care and attention upon me, I was able to build a substantial downline and achieve the rank of Ruby Director.

Looking towards the future of my Jeunesse business, my primary focus will be on adding 10 Rubies to my downline by 2014, which should not be difficult considering I have many good friends who are supporting me in my efforts with Jeunesse. I expect my personal values and passion about what I do will help keep the job interesting.

I learned several important lessons throughout my journey towards becoming a top leader. Firstly, I do not do to others what I would not want done unto me. Secondly, I have learned to be more understanding towards everyone, no matter if they are in my upline or my downline. Lastly, I lead by example. I also have a few words of wisdom I’d like to impart to others seeking to succeed in this business: “Don’t hurry. Be patient and take the time to study and learn from the leaders who are successful, but make sure to figure out your own model for what works.”

Chan graduated from high school and has worked in the MLM industry for over 25 years. Together, he and his wife and run a family business specializing in buying and selling gold. They own and operate ten branch stores in Taiwan along with their three sons. His wife, children, and grandchildren are the most important people in his life, and Chan does his best to be a stellar role model to them. Chan enjoys playing billiards in his spare time and enjoys entertaining friends and family.

My introduction to Jeunesse came by chance from a complete stranger, whom I’ve since come to know very well. This person applied some of the LUMINESCE™ cellular rejuvena-tion serum to my wounded hand, which was injured in a freak mailbox accident–it was almost entirely healed by next day. It was then that I realized the wonderful opportunity that Jeunesse held for me and decided to make Jeunesse a part of my future on December 25, 2009.

People have asked me: “What makes a person a good team leader?” To me, being a good team leader means being patient and kind to the people you work with. I try to remember and incorporate this in my day-to-day interac-tions, and I urge others to do the same. Persis-tence has also played a huge part in getting me where I am today, and for this I have my parents to thank. They taught me the importance of always maintaining a high standard of ethical and moral integrity. Jeunesse has truly created a wonderful culture that encourages people to work together and help one another reach their goals. My personal goal is to one day achieve the rank of Diamond. I have been fortunate in the sense that my sponsor, Jason Jiang, has been so supportive of my efforts. I will continue trying to reach my goals and help other people to fulfill their dreams as well in the process.

When I’m not working, I love to jog, listen to music, and travel. One day, I hope to be able to travel around the world, with the help of Jeunesse of course.

Working with Jeunesse Global has been a truly humble experience from the very beginning. I am a retired nurse, and as a professional career-oriented woman out there working long hours for my paycheck, it is an exhilarat-ing experience to be able to achieve a marked level of success in the world of multi-level marketing with Jeunesse. I have been extremely lucky to have Randy and Wendy share not only their capacity for intelligence with me, but also their prosperity. I like to tell all my Distributors and prospects that we are sitting on the shoulders of industry giants. Vital to any one person’s success is teamwork. Question # 1: I just became a member of Club 180. Will I receive my Club 180 bonuses immediately? Answer # 1: No–the bonuses will be given to you after your next successful Autoship date.

Question # 2: If I purchase product before my Autoship date, will the order count towards my next month’s Autoship date? Answer # 2: Our system automatically pushes the points forward towards your next month’s rank qualification depend-ing on how your Autoship is configured. The points will be pushed forward to qualify you if your Autoship is configured as "Conditional" and you have no current Prepaid Autoship orders in the system, OR if your Autoship is not set up.

Question # 3: Why can’t I use the debit card option as a method of payment?Answer # 3: You can actually use your debit card to pay for your order, but you have to select the “credit card” option (no PIN necessary). Your bank account will still be debited immediately, overnight, or on the next business day.

Question # 4: How can I see which members of my downline are in Club 180?Answer # 4: You can find out which members of your downline are in Club 180 by viewing your “Sponsorship Report.” (To access this report, simply log into your Back Office and click on the Sponsorship link under the Reports tab.) If they are in Club 180, it will indicate next to their name.

Question # 5: What is the $2.50 USD fee that I see in my “Commission Report”?Answer # 5: That is a check processing and printing fee that we charge to our Distributors.

Question # 6: How can I change the name on my checks to my husband’s name in my profile?Answer # 6: If you would like to change the name on your checks to your husband’s name, you will need to add your husband onto your account as a co-applicant and pay a $25.00 USD processing fee. You will need to contact the Customer Service Department to request a copy of the “Request to Add Co-applicant Form,” which will be e-mailed to you so you can fill it out and fax it back to us. For further reading, please refer to Section 4.7 of the Company’s Policies and Procedures.

Question # 7: I forgot my password. How can I recover it?Answer # 7: You can recover your password by submitting a ticket to the Help Desk through your Back Office and explaining your situation, or you can call our Customer Service Department at (407) 215-7414 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm EST. Please be advised that you will be asked to verify certain information on your account before we release your password.

Question # 8: My downline missed their Autoship date and their points flushed! Is there any way to get those points back?Answer # 8: Yes–we will restore flushed points for a Distributor upon request as a one-time courtesy. Once this member has placed a qualifying order of 60 PSV or more, simply call (or have them call) our Customer Service Department to request the points be restored. You can reach our Customer Service Department at (407) 215-7414 from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm EST.

Question # 9: Can I mix my Réserve antioxidant fruit blend gel in with JELL-O?Answer #9: We do encourage our Distributors to try out new recipes with Réserve. Please write us back and let us know how it turns out.

Question #10: When should I expect to receive my check after completing a funds request? Answer #10: Funds requests are filled at 10:00 pm EST on Wednesdays; all requests entered before this time will be paid the following week.
